AWESOME!!!!!!!!! Hi, Bas....I'm from Bangladesh🇧🇩. Calisthenics enthusiast and Karate practitioner. I recently started to follow you guys on socials and a few days back on Yt channel, didn't know you actually have any Yt channel in the first place, thought you only work on IG and FB...your workouts really help a lot and are actually real deal, haven't really gone that much but can feel the muscles while working out which feels good and confident to me. Thanks for spreading your knowledge with us all and keep going on.
Incredible video, i really needed excercises for my leg day and this helped a lot. I just went pro in your calisthenics family app and I can't wait to see some progress! 💪
Just found a "tufte park" close to where we just moved. Its a calesthenics park. Super stoked! Going to use that regulary now that spring is finally upon us in the cold north and summer is just around the corner :D
Hey Calisthenics family, great exercises, the pistil squats are defiantly a challenge, lack of mobility making them more difficult. Any mobility exercise to help with this exercise?
All. Gotta get in shape, as soon as my health can get back on track. Being blind and having a mysterious health condition causing excrutiating pain throughout my body makes working out nearly impossible and inconsistent to go to a gym.
I recently discovered this channel and really like the amount of content as well as the easy to follow instructions that you provide. It's a super friendly channel to follow. I need to start my fitness journey again, (I'm turning 61 this month and have let myself go a bit), and this channel will definitely play a part in helping me figure out what exercises to focus on. Thanks.
I stopped working out at the end of 2021 because I felt 'burned out' got demotivated and fell into a depression, im trying to get back on track with training and diet after my break. Any advice?
I really needed a video like this. Body squat and split squat are the 2 main leg exercises I do. I really want to achieve the pistol squat so I'll be using these for leg day. Thank you guys!!
For example Explosive squat Assisted pistol squats Single leg deadlift Nordic curl Reverse nordic curl Calf raise With these exercises you can build explosive strength and muscle as well, and you won't overtrain. You can switch up the explosive squat with glute bridge if you dont want to do squat jumps.
Wow guys my legs are going to burn trying these. The Pistol squat and Nordic curls look tough. I think i'll start with the Calf raises and work on the others to develop good form. Thanks for sharing. Im still feeling yesterdays session with your Calisthenics Family Training App.
My legs have been my biggest problem the last few years. My knees are bad and hurt a lot when doing things like the pistol squat, so I can't do many of those exercises anymore. Kinda sucks, but it is how it is.
I really don't know how to thank you, you are the reason I started calisthenics 🙏 your videos are great and I can see how much effort you put in to them. Thank you so much 💪
Great video, but can I say that the nordic hamstring curl is way better if your patella is free and not set to the groud - meaning: elevate your shins.
Thanks for the exercises and detailed explanation on how to do them, alternate options for easier and harder, and for demo of each one. I'm definitely added jump squats to my exercise routine. Have a great week and thanks again!

Hey Calisthenics family, great exercises, the pistil squats are defiantly a challenge, lack of mobility making them more difficult. Any mobility exercise to help with this exercise?
Thank you Bas!
With athrosis in both knee it is not possible for me to do exactly these exercises.

A good set for building muscles. I usually focus mor eon flexibility, so for sure will add some or all of these.
Great exercises! I have an issue with my left knee where it feels loose when bending into deep squats, so I can't get the full range of motion
Great video, definitely working towards pistol squads
All of them!!
Just started calisthenics training yesterday. It's a humbling experience so far😂. Hope to start seeing some results after this first month or so.

on the hip thrust, do I need to push with my legs or I just have to use my glutes?
5 min of all would be great leg workout
Very creative. Nice video :)
Nice video,
Yes! calisthenics is also leggs :-)
Perfect, need a new leg day work out? How many of these exercises should I do per workout
For example
Explosive squat
Assisted pistol squats
Single leg deadlift
Nordic curl
Reverse nordic curl
Calf raise
With these exercises you can build explosive strength and muscle as well, and you won't overtrain. You can switch up the explosive squat with glute bridge if you dont want to do squat jumps.

I really don't know how to thank you, you are the reason I started calisthenics 🙏 your videos are great and I can see how much effort you put in to them. Thank you so much 💪
These are amazing !
The only downside is the gym owners and the whole industry being angry at you.
Great video, but can I say that the nordic hamstring curl is way better if your patella is free and not set to the groud - meaning: elevate your shins.
Again great video, definitely working towards pistol squads
