Right on time with this one. I was just planning to do one of your hip follow along routines when I saw this video. Now a bit more hip flexor stretching, and I'm done.
Production value has really gone up in the past year. I really liked the multiple camera angles.

I threw my hip out a couple weeks ago (it's July 19, 2024 today). I already been doing your beginner stretch series, which was great at helping me relieve tension. I chose to see if you had hip exercises to see if you could help with my hip condition.
Between you and my chiro, I might be able to live a pain-free life
I'm hoping. The pain keeps me up at night.

Appears that IT band pain/tension on RT leg and general RT leg problems/fatigue appear connected to (or same as...) very limited internal hip rotation and weak muscles to affect same.

Hey, thanks for that great stretch routine. I have a question, the glute stretch in the 90 90 position consist of pushing the knee into the geound for 5 seconds, stretching and then pushing the foot into the direction of the hand (sideways)? Because in another longer stretch routine I found on your channel the routine consists of pressing the knee on the ground and after that raising the knee up against the hand which seems more intuitive for me.

Hello Tom, I'm a 30 year old male with some heavy immobility around my hip section. I tried a few times now to follow your routines, but I have the feeling that I way am too stiff to do even some kind of the basics. Is there a mobility routine that you recommend for heavy beginners, or do I have just to try harder with these kinds of your videos? Thank you very much! Subscribed and liked

If you don’t feel anything you likely have impingement in your hip get a hip scan and a chiro adjustment. Those nerves are pinched with tight glute muscles. Pay attention to direction of the hips and posture he’s doing while using BIG breaths from the belly button while doing so! :)
