Loved this! I’ve been doing the same leg workout video on RUclips for a while and wanted to change it up. I like how there’s no talking in the video, I get to focus on the music and my workout. I appreciate the 30 second cool downs. A lot of videos skip those and it makes me want to give up more because I’m too tired. With the rest time, I feel like I can catch my breath and keep my motivation. I deal with chronic pain every day and often times leg workouts and cardio make it worse, but these movements in this video seemed to be relatively good for my body.
Was also looking for a workout that didn’t leave me limping for over two days so I will update in a few days
Love the music and energy of this workout. I’ve struggled to feel the burn in other workouts I’ve done but definitely feel it now
