    I do dumbbell workouts with legs on Tue but this killed me as bad !! Fiery totally! Finished till the end ...Thank you Alex❤

    I am having a total knee replacement on Oct 6 and I have been using this and some of your other programs for conditioning. This doesn’t hurt the knee but simple walking does

    Just finished this for the fist time and I realize this is the perfect workout to do alongside the upper body focused one that also doesn't need equipment, while I recover from one I can do the other.

    Hey Alex, I don't usually write RUclips comments, but I wanted to thank you for your videos, absolutely love your workouts! I've been looking for a complete home workout routine for a long time since I hate working out in public or paying for sweaty gyms, but I couldn't find anything that really satisfied my needs until I stumbled upon your videos. Now I work out three times a week using your videos (lower body, upper body push & pull, core) and I'm absolutely loving it, you make it fun and challenging at the same time!     Hey Alex, what do you recommend for a weekly routine if I am only following your videos for workouts? Is this covered in your app already? I’m currently doing your ab blaster, leg blaster, kettle bell chest, kettle bell full body in rotation throughout the week. Anything else you recommend?

      Hey Max I’d also add on a back workout in there so you create a full balanced routine. Yes the benefit of my app is that you don’t have to think about how to structure a week or any training at all as the whole plan is written and planned for you 😄💪

    O my gosh, Alex! MY LEGS kill! You had me majorly sweating! I did not get all the exsercies right at first But,I got them toward the end. I couldn't hold the finisher had to stop twice. 😪 But I feel good thanks! 😀

    I absolutely hated this workout..but in a good way. My legs never been in so much pain during the workout. I had to pause a lot of times and do easier versions, but I want to come back and do it again to get my legs even stronger! 🔥

    as someone who has done a lot of running but never done a home leg workout before, my internal dialogue was:
    section 1: ok yeah i can feel this building some strength, probably good for my joints
    section 2 exercise 1: tbh though running must be better exercise, i don't think this is doing much
    everything after that: aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

    I detest this series… this is unreasonably hard… but it is necessary. This exercise probably saved me from breaking my knee and ankle when I had my snow boarding accident last January…
