the lyrics feel very fresh but then you hear hints of things like "You" and "Polyamorous" mixed with verse feel of their album Phobia and chorus feel from Dear Agony and it is just the best. i wasn't expecting this to happen this year but i am glad it did!

This is already one of the greatest Breaking Benjamin songs... like ever. It's got the classic BB bounce, then it's got classic melodic chorus and big emotion, you got the palm muted guitars, big drum parts, and heavy breakdown and screams. The guitar solo part feels super fresh. It's all packaged beautifully, and it sounds super fresh but familiar.
It's pretty incredible to see a release from an artist you found over 2 decades prior, but still maintaining the same style you enjoyed all those years ago.

Starset has shown they're not consistent like BB, unfortunately. They've had some gems in recent years, but it's been largely diminishing returns since Vessels. Also, they're trying too hard to be "edgy" now.

How a band can be so good over and over and over again is a testament to the genius that is Breaking Benjamin. Favorite band of all time. I've read hundreds of comments and just like me this band has saved me from the darkness that so many others confess to suffering from, music heals and I'm so thankful for that cause I'm better now.
I forget which member it was and which podcast or other interview it was but I remember hearing that they'd be working on a new album so I was expecting 2025 at the earliest if they were working on it in between touring and what not But I'm very excited we finally get something this year

This is already one of the greatest Breaking Benjamin songs... like ever. It's got the classic BB bounce, then it's got classic melodic chorus and big emotion, you got the palm muted guitars, big drum parts, and heavy breakdown and screams. The guitar solo part feels super fresh. It's all packaged beautifully, and it sounds super fresh but familiar.
100% agree. One of my biggest gripes with Ember was the low amount, or lack of, guitar solos. This has all the BB trademarks.

Died briefly from an undiagnosed TBI. My insane pain tolerance and usual "scrambled egg" feeling after a seizure made it hard for the doctors to catch it as concussion symptoms.
Yet, somehow, I made it. I survived, and I am taking back my life. I am building a "soundtrack" for it, and BB, 3DG, Mudvayne, and other 2000s nu metal artists are on it. 🤘

Coma/TBI survivor here myself, Friday, 13 July 2018. I was riding my Harley to my girlfriends house going 50 miles an hour on Street Road, when some incompetent lady an oncoming traffic and jump the left in front of me causing me to hit the side of her car going 50. Flew over her car hit a telephone pole and fell on the sidewalk and was dead on arrival for seven minutes until I got resuscitated, but fell into a coma for a month. Six years later, and still fighting bro. 🤘🏼

One reason why Breaking Benjamin is my favorite band of all time, PERIOD.
I ran their albums on a regular in the 2000's.
They used to be my favorite band growing up, I have then moved onto metalcore and deathcore, but this song fuckin' slaps!

My children who are 9 and 7 get hear all the great music I used to listen to like classic rock, metal, alternative , etc. their dad, who grew up on rap, r & b, bachata, merengue and other genres, exposed them to different music. Love that my children enjoy our music.

You guys saved me when I was 12, I'm 21 now. Dear Agony was the first song I ever heard, when I heard it I was convinced I must stay here and meet you all someday. I will always be grateful to Breaking Benjamin for saving me. Especially now, because I've graduated highschool, met my wonderful partner a few months after Ember came out, we bought my first car together, and now he and I are engaged! Starset has shown they're not consistent like BB, unfortunately. They've had some gems in recent years, but it's been largely diminishing returns since Vessels. Also, they're trying too hard to be "edgy" now.

How a band can be so good over and over and over again is a testament to the genius that is Breaking Benjamin. Favorite band of all time. I've read hundreds of comments and just like me this band has saved me from the darkness that so many others confess to suffering from, music heals and I'm so thankful for that cause I'm better now.

I forget which member it was and which podcast or other interview it was but I remember hearing that they'd be working on a new album so I was expecting 2025 at the earliest if they were working on it in between touring and what not

Breaking Benjamin continues to not have a single bad song across their entire existence.
Their are three exceptions: "Skin", "Rain" and "Red Cold River". All other tracks in every album are great.

I was on the verge of crying seeing new breaking benjamin. Then when he started singing, it felt like home, a home i could finally feel ok and comfortable to be in.

I love how freaking _consistent_ Breaking Benjamin is. Even their most forgettable songs are still good to great, while the majority of their works could easily be considered the best song on an album.
