I’m doing your workout from Kentucky, USA. I use to CrossFit but between a chronic illness and injury I swapped to HIIT workouts with weight lifting. And recently decided to give calisthenics a try. Many of these movements are in my HIIT workouts, however this is more isolated, and I sure felt the workout! Thank you for posting!!! 🥳
Just when I thought I had plateued in my lower body exercises, this was making sweat like a newbie. Great stuff! It is super challenging because it's slow and controlled movements, which yield the best results without causing injury.
Training 11 yars already and still finded this workout and is so nice, owerall good for legs. Just adding calves at the end by my self and than its nice. From Lithuania there
Beyond the sets being great, I like the time for each exercise - when we are about to die, time is up and we move on to the next one 😄 Thank you from London-UK!
Hey! I follow you since yesterday 😅 like your videos : I can do this during the break at work it's perfect for me because it's not necessary to take dumbells in the bag (I did during months). I'm from France 🇨🇵 Thanks for sharing good vibes ans calisthenics videos 🙏
Did this one today - Your Pistol Squats are quite impressive!! Mine need work but we worked on them today didn't we??! Thank you for the awesome workout! Noelle
I hope that you will make another calisthenics workout video for strength which has less rest time, maybe 20 or 15 seconds with more exercises in each set like 6 something more difficult then the intermediate calisthenics vid
This one has 10-20sec rests between exercises and then a break after each section. If you feel you don’t need the rest time try adding a little weight to your RDL’s and Bulgarian Split Squats or going lower on Pistols. Appreciate the feedback 👍
Hey Tom! Regarding the reverse nordic curls, I am doing the workout inside my home (meaning no shoes) and I feel pain on my instep. I put basicly some soft support on both of my leg insteps and the exercise went better (my quads felt quite more engaged). My question is: Is this going to take away from the flexibility part of the exercise, or it does not matter? Nice workout, greetings from Athens, Greece.
I liked the preview of the next exercise that's about to come on a small window.
Thanks 💪🏼

Welcome, Calisthenics is a great addition and a lot easier on the body if done correctly and don’t rush the progressions.
Dutchie watching in Ireland. Week 3 day one. doing 4 different work outs in this playlist in one week. Today was the toughest yet... Thanks
Keep it up
A big thank you from Central New Jersey.

Just tuned in from our Airbnb in Costa Rica. My quads and glutes are already sore!
Well done for keeping things going whilst away 👏🏼💪🏼
Great workout! Is there a specific order to your workouts you would recommend for a 6 day plan that repeats every week?
I’ve created a 7 Day Calisthenics schedule as a free downloadable PDF. Check my channel’s community post feed 👍🏼

Nice workout, greetings from Athens, Greece.
Sounds like it’s working better for you that way so I’d stick with it. Being more comfortable should help get better range of motion if anything.
Love your vids
Thanks
