Your bad posture comes from wearing very tight shoes, narrow tow box, try some Altra shoes, they have wide toe boxes and really help with your posture over time. I could recommend Altra Paradigm and Torin, both really good but you really have to commit to changing the way you stand/walk/run. Gg.

can someone tell me why people who can lift big weights dont have big glutes? like what makes big glutes then. people say to lift heavy but these people lift really heavy, yet their muscles are just toned, not that big. is it because its only a few reps?
