    Wow! My man! I am down 129 lbs thanks to content creators like you! I started off 350 pounds 6 foot one horrible physique very bad belly everything. Am down at 2:15 as of today. My physique is looking more more like yours. I cannot even believe it! I never thought I would be able to look like someone like you. Even though I have the skin, I still have a great physique underneath and I intend to get surgery. People like you who motivate inspire others that have helped me so much and you have inspired me to possibly do the same for others in the future. Cheers. ❤😊

      You can look into intermittent fasting, it is good for weight loss, but also has many other health benefits. One I keep hearing is that it's supposed to tighten the loose skin

    I felt more burn with this exercise than all the faulty hip extension and hip thrust I did today at gym. 😊

      Wow I did other 20 exercises to help less butt fat and let me tell u they worked cuz after it my whole body was full of sweat and sweat was dripping from my nose

    Your exercises are easy to do and so effective! If kids had these for PE, more would like PE and they'd teach their parents when they got home from school.

    After doing this I discovered my right butt cheek is weak 💀 and struggled to feel the burn rather activated lower towards ny right 💀 it does work tho just tried it for a few minutes and figured it out . Push your weak side towards the ground.

    How is it we never activate any other muscles for growth? Is there any studies supporting muscle activation contributing to muscle growth / strength ?

      The human body isn't meant to sit in chairs all day long. Ever since an early age sitting in a school classroom for most of the day, to get home and sit on the sofa/computer chair for the rest of the day. Most jobs require people to sit for extended periods, and after work you drive your car or ride a bike, or sit on the sofa or at another computer. Its all down to sitting so much that we never learn to use them.

    Have you ever caught a cramp in your booty? It don’t feel good after doing this I didn’t feel good.😂😂😂😂 but I felt the pain. Will be doing this again tomorrow.

    Ugh I didn’t feel anything. My entire hamstring took all that burn. It’s like every glute workout I do my hamstrings take the beating.

    When I do that, lifting my bent leg like you say, I get Charlie horse, why might that be?? I’m not terribly overweight.

      This is to wake up your glutes to let them know that you are going to work them out for the day. Otherwise your other muscles will take over everytime.

    I have a question, does it affect the nerves of the leg to the foot in symptoms similar to sciatica? I have had this pain for about two years, I do not have a herniated disc or sciatica, although I am a very athletic person

    I have different types of exercise equipment. Just ordered a pirate exerciser, exercise door bands, and a talking and playing music jump rope that i can't jump any more, I've been going to hip therapy, back in 2016, now i have to get surgery done on my right knee from a winder accident in 2021, but i need more warm up straching exercises .😊

    I had an accident 4 years ago and had a slipped disc which affected my ability to walk for the past 3 years. Lower back was painful and had sciatica too.
    Therapy & chiropractic services helped (w God's help most importantly).
    My glutes and thighs have shrunk.
    Sitting has become literally a pain in the ass bec no cushion to support my booty. Hope this helps.

    Please do the old taebo from 2000; the instructor always do that exercise near the end of your routine.

    I can't feel it, I ve had bilateral hip surgery and I have rods in both my hips so I am not feeling it at all. I'm feeling it in my lower back. I have major lower back problems and I ve got a herniated disc in my lower back plus major nerve damage in my lower back 😢

      In my opinion, your glutes are not awake so that's why other muscles pick up the slack (lowback/hamstrings). Maybe you keep trying slow and with a lot of concentration until you feel them work😊 then your lower back no longer will hurt ❤ Good luck❤

      That means your glutes are not fully engaging so the lower back has to help. Keep doing this until your lower back is not an issue. Also, activate your core (contract your stomach) before each rep. Hope this helps😊❤

    It feels like the muscles of my opposite leg all go rigid, bracing to allow the leg to lift which doesn't feel right.. Are there any modifications or alternatives to prevent that from happening?

      If you think that this movement would be safe for you and that it would help you with your glute muscles, then why not give it a try! If you want, give it a go for a few weeks and see how you feel afterwards. Let us know how it goes!
