You can look into intermittent fasting, it is good for weight loss, but also has many other health benefits. One I keep hearing is that it's supposed to tighten the loose skin

Just ordered a pirate exerciser, exercise door bands, and a talking and playing music jump rope that i can't jump any more, I've been going to hip therapy, back in 2016, now i have to get surgery done on my right knee from a winder accident in 2021, but i need more warm up straching exercises .😊
I had an accident 4 years ago and had a slipped disc which affected my ability to walk for the past 3 years. Lower back was painful and had sciatica too. Therapy & chiropractic services helped (w God's help most importantly). My glutes and thighs have shrunk. Sitting has become literally a pain in the ass bec no cushion to support my booty. Hope this helps.

In my opinion, your glutes are not awake so that's why other muscles pick up the slack (lowback/hamstrings). Maybe you keep trying slow and with a lot of concentration until you feel them work😊 then your lower back no longer will hurt ❤ Good luck❤
That means your glutes are not fully engaging so the lower back has to help. Keep doing this until your lower back is not an issue. Also, activate your core (contract your stomach) before each rep. Hope this helps😊❤
