I’ve been doing your workouts for years… I’m a homeschool mama of 5, I always fall off during pregnancy and pick back up after baby… I cracked up with “put your hand up on my hip when you dip, I dip, we dip” because my youngest always has his hand on his hip when I’m holding him so I CONSTANTLY sing that walking around with him (shows my age 😂). I love your workouts, I was always a competitive athlete and keeping up with your pace is always my motivation! I can do them when everyone is sitting and eating breakfast before we start our day, you have blessed me and so many with your positivity and encouragement. You and Rachel are a great team & I often find myself inserting my thoughts into your convos 😂 also, my little ones like to come up and do the moves or better yet, they like to “coach” me 🤪

I was thinking, "20 minutes of arms probably won't do much, but since I'm doing it with days 1 and 3 for a good total body workout, it should be fine". Haha! It was 20 minutes of very hard work! I'm only on Day 2 and 8 lbs dumbbells, but I'll continue alternating and I guess do this Strong 20 program 2 or 3 times before moving on to your other programs 😃

That was intense! I can’t believe how effective 20 minutes can be. I’ve got 5 weeks left in my 5th pregnancy and I’m hitting fatigue so these quick workouts are perfect to keep me moving until delivery!
