      I really like when you use the warm-up to run through the moves we will be doing in the workout. The 10 second rest/transition is hard for me when it's a complex move because it takes me a few reps before I figure it out. Getting to do a practice run in the warm-up helps my mind get on track with the program! This challenge was excellent as is all of your content. So thankful for you and the NML team. I set a goal last year to workout every day for a year, and I have surpassed that goal and I am on day 379 and counting!

      Loved the series as I do better with 20-30m, and then if I have time I tack on a shorter workout with a different area of focus. Now what!? More of these please...MORE, MORE, MORE! Thank you!!!

    Lindsey’s reason for working her body is both apparent and infectious - she wants to be healthy! She’s here to help us all age gracefully and stay mobile for a happy life. These workouts are the best out there. Holy BANANAS on this one! 20 mins but MAN! 😅

      Whoo hoo! I just completed this workout, I'm so much stronger now, even though I completed the work out with a pair of 2 lbs dumbells. I'm starting again tomorrow with the same 2 lbs dumbells to perfect my movements and after that round doing it again but with 5 lbs pair dumbells. Yes, a Strong 20 Part 2 would be Awesome!!! Thank you Lindsey ❤ 🎉🎉🎉🎉

    This is such an awesome workout. I am a fit 60 year old and LOVE your workouts because they prepare me to continue doing the things I love, like heavy duty gardening. Functional strength and standing abs will keep me going and stop me falling. Thank you.

    I finished the 10 day today and feel great! I’ve been working out with you since the beginning of the summer and used 8, 10, and sometimes my 12lb dumbbells. As I finished today I used mainly 15lb and could have used 20’s!! I am a 61 year old Grammy who recently lost her job to “ageism” so these workouts are helping me to feel good about myself and that I am not too old to matter! I’ll keep saving $$ until I can afford to get 20 lb dumbbells and will continue to stay strong! Thank you for being so motivational and a good person!

      I like when someone adds a clip in the corner of the next exercise. This helps you too. You won't have to explain the next workout and then gives us time to rest instead of having to pay attention. Lol might seem small but I think it helps ! Also, if we want to get a few more reps in we can watch the next exercise at the same time. Hope that makes sense.

    Obviously because the dumbbells are adjustable ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 they are a little bulky for certain movements. The handles are decent and fairly comfortable. We really love that they saved space in our small home and that is primarily why we got them. We've had them for more than 6 months now and haven't had any problems at all. I definitely would avoid dropping them however as I don't think they're built to handle that.

I am planning on doing Strong 20 again with heavier weights, then moving on to the next program.     Today's quote from my fitness journal: "I'm working on myself, for myself, by myself" which I'll change to "I'm working on myself, for myself, with a little help from Lindsey and Rachel." I have been running a week behind the whole time since I was still traveling the first week of January, but I made it to the end! I'm planning to repeat the whole program starting on Monday.     I just finished this workout. I was doing it every other day. So it took me 20 days total. I’m a mom of three littles and I love these short workouts. I feel like I can manage my week and not feel guilty for not being able to workout at all because I have “set aside an hour”. I love the fact that you have variety and I prefer these videos over actual programs you have to pay for. Im also a chronic asthmatic but it’s under control and I can feel the difference after these workouts. I’m not as out of breathe managing a home and homeschooling my children like I used to. I’ve been doing your workouts over the past four years on and off too. So thank you for making these videos. It’s changed my life. ❤

    Just finished this program for the 3rd time since January! It’s a winner! I highly recommend it for post vacation- I love exercising but was having the hardest time finding motivation. 20 minutes was manageable and helped bring my motivation back!

    I did it! I turned 40 in June and my 30s were all about tiny children and I didn't exercise hardly ever. I have a resolution to workout in my 40s. Lindsey, you mentioned that you have 3 kids 5 and under. at 35, I had 3 kids 4 and under, and girl it is HARD. That's why I didn't work out...lol. Now they are 5, 7, and 9 and it's a lot easier in some ways but we are even more busy, so a 20 minute work out that is this good makes me so happy. I can already see improvements from workout 1 to today!!! Thank you!

      I turned 40 in May and I can relate. As much as I wanted to workout, I just didn’t have the time or energy. But I am loving myself despite my kids dad telling them me working out is me being selfish and worrying about myself. I know the truth. I know I need this.     I loved this, quick and effective workout! I was also a mom of 3 kids under 5 at one point. They are now 16,13, and 10 they are all 2 years and 7 months from each other. That wasn’t planned, lol!!! But life is definitely crazy busy but in a good way but enjoy these moments of craziness, lol! 😊

    Just completed two weeks of this program in prep for my xc mountain bike season and I loved it!     Thank you SO much for your content and helping people feel strong and confident. I have not completed a workout program since before my first was born....5 year ago and 4 kids later. I feel beautiful, strong, and capable to hold the "weight of the world"

I have been following you for a yr now and I feel amazing, I'm 11 weeks pregnant and feeling a little tired but I need these workouts to make my day more ..so thank you so very much .today's workout it took everything I had to do it but I did it and I feel great very sweaty ...😀🥵👊👍

    Would love a 30 min version of this! Anything longer than 30 mins and I suddenly and conveniently find other “more” important things to do. I am 44 and struggling with peri menopausal weight gain. Super frustrating after being thin my whole life. I know strength training is very important at my age to keep my metabolism and hormone levels where they belong. Thanks for keeping me motivated to move!

    Just finished this 2 week program for the 4th time since January. It doesn’t get old or boring! And it works! I did this workout today with 20s and 24 lbs- I definitely couldn’t have done that in January! Thanks for keeping your workouts fresh and fun AND effective! Looking forward to Stronger 25!

    I did it! I did the whole program!! This is the first strength program I’ve completed! I loved every minute of it! 20 minutes and dumbbells! Exactly what I needed! I’m going to do it again and try lift heavier this time. Thank you so much for your channel ❤

    So grateful for these workouts! Just finished this program for a second time after doing the summer workout challenge. LOVE all of them and ready for bigger weights for next time!     Loved this program!! These workouts may be 20 minutes, but they are a booty-kicking 20! Felt like I sweat more and felt more sore after these than some of the 30+ min workouts :)

    I have done lots of your calendars and this is by far my favorite. As a working mom of 3 busy teens/preteens, this was exactly what I needed. I plan to definitely do it again and to come back to the workouts when I have limited time. I loved it.

    Dear Lindsey, I'm sorry in advance for a difficult/triggering comment. Two months ago I lost my baby during birth at 40w6s. Since then I've done this challenge twice already together with many other workouts from your channel. It has helped me a lot to keep my head above the water. Thank you for offering seriously good workouts for us moms, also for the ones without a baby.

    I started doing your challenges about 6 months ago. I started with 8 lbs, moved to 12 and now just upped to 15. I'm loving the progress and not getting bulky like you said , just strength and endurance. Thank you for these!!
