My motivation was to give myself a break and have my husband be with the kids. I am so glad I did, because I am feeling much better and ready to start my day - I KNOW this shifted my mood. I have read studies show workout for 45 minutes help stave off chronic disease. Yes, I want to starve off disease but sometimes I don't want to workout that long, not in a good mood or do not have that much time all at once. These are truly wonderful. 😊

These ~20 minute WOs are perfect for my schedule! I am following a week behind, so 3 days in! I used my cloth band, but on the donkey kick/heel stamp, I tucked a 15 lb. DB in the bend of my knee instead of the band - it always rolls on me. I saw that DB thing in a WO years ago, and it works for me. Thanks for another great one! 🔥❤💪

I LOVE how each 20 min makes me feel!!!! 20 min is such an achievable length that I hardly skip a day and can push myself hard knowing it's not for long, plus it gives me time to add in a core workout from your diastasis program, and a quick shower before baby wakes up from her nap. I didn’t know what happened yesterday that RUclips switched the video so I did Day 6 yesterday instead of doing Day 3. At least I completed Day 6 yesterday and Day 3 today. Loved doing both! Tomorrow will be my day off then back to doing Day 4 the day after tmw!
I liked mixing up the time intervals (50/10) and the variety of exercises were great. I did the glute activation workout before this and felt like it helped warm me up for what was to come in this workout! Thank you :)
First 2 days I did this challenge at 6am, didn’t manage to get it done this morning but instead of not doing it since it didn’t follow my “set routine” I did it after my toddler went to sleep tonight! Day 3 was so great and I feel so proud of myself for sticking with it! Thank you!
