    Great start to week 2!!! That flew by!!! I’m trying to go really heavy since it’s only 20m and my 3 year old was watching me and she said Whoa you are so strong!!!! Yessss!!! Let’s go!!!!! 💪🏼🙌🏼

    I have not done flyes in soooooo long!! I’m feeling it. Thank you Lindsey for this program!! Please make this program longer than 14 days! This is the first time I don’t dread working out or skipping workouts because I just don’t have the time with two kids 😂😂

    I know I’m late to the game, but I’m so glad I found this series. I haven’t found something I could stick to and actually get through a whole workout before and this has been it! The modifications are so helpful and I’m excited to try this all again and get better (hopefully) at each one. Thank you!!

    Whoop whoop! I loved this killer workout! I really pushed myself with those heavier weights! I crushed it. I did the last set twice because I loved it so much! I love this program! Thank you so much!! More shorter programs like this wd be awesome! Short and spicy!!

    LOVED this workout and the 1min on, 30 seconds off. Also loved the 10 push-ups to lead off the chest circuits. Thank you for continuing to provide such great and effective workouts. I was able to mostly use 20lb dumbbells today, and am SO pumped about it!

    I am REALLY late to the game but am loving the 20 minute workouts - very doable and I feel like it will make it more approachable to move into the 30 strong. I believe i will do the series a couple of times through before adding more time. I am 64 years old and realize how important strength training is.     Day 6 down!! I'm back to using 15 lbs after hurting my hip in May. I had to take it easy, and the two-week Barre and Pilates challenge has helped me tremendously with getting my hip mobility and strength back and feeling good and strong!!!🙌💪💯✔🔥

      If you are able to do a single arm row with a staggered stance or from a lunge position, I'd try that! Lowering the weight might help too!

    Wow! That was intense and I couldn't even do the reverse chest move when you flip your grip towards your face! Will have to go down in weight for that move. Seriously challenging. My arms felt like floppy noodles as soon as I flipped that grip. Thanks for a great start to my day ❤

    Second Week here I’m 🤗 love this combo Lindsey 🦵🏼🔥 my chest 🔥 love it. I love that I could star doing lunges 😮‍💨 without my knees hurting. And thank you for the amazing neck stretch.

    This was a lot of fun! I really liked to combination of moves. Often times when moves are combined I feel the weights I would use for each move aren’t equally balanced but this routine was perfect. I didn’t have to do any quick weight switching between exercises 😊 I prefer to do lateral lunges with one heavy weight in one hand. This allows me to get a greater range of motion in the lunge. What a great sweat in 20 min! Thanks Lindsay!

    Last week approaching failure with 35lbs over my head was a bit scary. Today, squatting and deadlifting 50lbs feels so good! Here’s a goal: go through this plan a few times and then graduate to Split Strong with the same weights. I’m not sure how long it would take me to get there.

    Loving the combo set at the end! It's fun to do a little of each move one last time. These 20 minute workouts have boosted my confidence-- a little workout CAN happen each day for me, it doesn't have to be super long to be effective with NML!

    I really love these 20 strong workouts. As a mom of 2 with our 3rd due in a few weeks, they pack a lot of punch for 20 minutes and, at this point in my pregnancy, I really like working on the specific areas - and all have been great combos of strength and getting my HR up.     Loved it! Great way to start the week - the combo of exercises was perfect. Lift heavy and 20 is all you need!     Completed this after a 35 minute barre compound weight workout. This was a effective 20 minute get it done workout. I used 25. 20 and 17 lbs. ❤

    Thank you so much for this. 13m pp and I’ve been working out since 4m pp here and there but always find it hard to juggle a new baby and a school going toddler (gets sick often). Your workouts are both challenging yet I’m able to push myself to keep up. Added bonus is I get a good workout without being sore for days after and dreading the workouts after. Thank you so so much

    I love your program thank you so much!
    unfortunately my chest is not burning as I wish it did, but as I increased the weight I almost popped my shoulder (credits to my ligament hyperlaxity). I was forced to lower the weights if I wanted to keep my shoulder haha. I did push myself and I'm so happy I tried even if I failed, i'll keep trying until I'm strong enough . (I ended at 4kgs per hand)

    My baby sat on my stomach the entire time I did my bridge & chest weighted exercises 😂 Extra weight is fine with me!!

      You want to keep your waits at a 45 degree angle rather than in line with your shoulders!
