I have not done flyes in soooooo long!! I’m feeling it. Thank you Lindsey for this program!! Please make this program longer than 14 days! This is the first time I don’t dread working out or skipping workouts because I just don’t have the time with two kids 😂😂

LOVED this workout and the 1min on, 30 seconds off. Also loved the 10 push-ups to lead off the chest circuits. Thank you for continuing to provide such great and effective workouts. I was able to mostly use 20lb dumbbells today, and am SO pumped about it!

Day 6 down!! I'm back to using 15 lbs after hurting my hip in May. I had to take it easy, and the two-week Barre and Pilates challenge has helped me tremendously with getting my hip mobility and strength back and feeling good and strong!!!🙌💪💯✔🔥

Wow! That was intense and I couldn't even do the reverse chest move when you flip your grip towards your face! Will have to go down in weight for that move. Seriously challenging. My arms felt like floppy noodles as soon as I flipped that grip. Thanks for a great start to my day ❤

I just want to say THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND JOB, because every single day makes me say holly bananas 🍌.. I just thought it will be at medium level but at the end it is really harder! I have been doing your exercises for 2 years and my body, my strength, my resistance completely improved.❤
Second Week here I’m 🤗 love this combo Lindsey 🦵🏼🔥 my chest 🔥 love it. I love that I could star doing lunges 😮💨 without my knees hurting. And thank you for the amazing neck stretch.
This was a lot of fun! I really liked to combination of moves. Often times when moves are combined I feel the weights I would use for each move aren’t equally balanced but this routine was perfect. I didn’t have to do any quick weight switching between exercises 😊 I prefer to do lateral lunges with one heavy weight in one hand. This allows me to get a greater range of motion in the lunge. What a great sweat in 20 min! Thanks Lindsay!
This was a fantastic workout and program. Thank you for helping me feel mom strong again after babies and a chronic injury (just graduated PT for some issues but felt strong and ready to tackle this program safely).
Last week approaching failure with 35lbs over my head was a bit scary. Today, squatting and deadlifting 50lbs feels so good! Here’s a goal: go through this plan a few times and then graduate to Split Strong with the same weights. I’m not sure how long it would take me to get there.
Loving the combo set at the end! It's fun to do a little of each move one last time. These 20 minute workouts have boosted my confidence-- a little workout CAN happen each day for me, it doesn't have to be super long to be effective with NML!
I really love these 20 strong workouts. As a mom of 2 with our 3rd due in a few weeks, they pack a lot of punch for 20 minutes and, at this point in my pregnancy, I really like working on the specific areas - and all have been great combos of strength and getting my HR up. Thank you for creating this content!!!

I love your program thank you so much! unfortunately my chest is not burning as I wish it did, but as I increased the weight I almost popped my shoulder (credits to my ligament hyperlaxity). I was forced to lower the weights if I wanted to keep my shoulder haha. I did push myself and I'm so happy I tried even if I failed, i'll keep trying until I'm strong enough . (I ended at 4kgs per hand)

If you are able to do a single arm row with a staggered stance or from a lunge position, I'd try that! Lowering the weight might help too!
That was spicy! I’m doing the strong in 20 at my own pace so it will take the whole month, but I’m already feeling stronger!
