ACHV PEAK I got 2 20lbs dumbbells but they’re both different sizes/lengths. One is longer and the another one is shorter. Since they’re both the same weight will they both have the same impact on each arm? Will it be a good idea to use them both at the same time (one in each hand)?

I love all your workouts!! A variation I do is instead of one set L then R. I do together then in that “other” set to do ab’sb like Russian twists, etc . Maybe a suggestion for future full body workouts is add an abdominal set in there. Thanks and please keep it going.
This workout is for medium to high intensity, I'm using 24 kg or 52.91 pound all duration of the workout I sweat like a 2 hour run, I'm still shaking while typing this!

When you start doing programming one of the first things they teach (like everywhere lol) is printing the text hello world to the console. It’s like an initiation of sorts. I remember when I first started learning c++ and every site I went to made you do it lol.

Just finished workout. Made all compound exercises with 40-30 lbs kettlebells it was killing lol. By the time I was reaching the clean up - R the screen became blurry I thought that was me passing out, but it was the video lol. Thanks a lot!!!

What would you suggest as an alternative for the lying hamstring curls? I have a lot of trouble setting them up and getting it not to hurt my feet.
You could just do RDLs. You could change your stance up and have your feet wider apart or have your toes pointed in or out.
