im really enjoying these shorter videos you guys are posting. i took a few months off working out every day, and these are helping me get back into it and still leaving me sore so i know they are working!
I love you guys and you are the only reason why I work out. I would love to know the weights you guys use for each exercise including when you do resistance band work outs. Also an alternative to shrugs would be great. I don’t want a big trap!!

Hi I'm looking into getting some dumbbells to add to my workouts and I was wondering what size weights does Jen uses?
She is using a 8, 12, and 22 lb dumbbells I believe.
I’m wondering what size weights u are using as well. I have 50s, 35s, and 20s. By the time I get to hammer curls, the 35s are too heavy.
