I've been using your resistance band workouts for over a year now. To be able to keep active, flexible, and motivated when at work, or locked down, makes a huge difference. Great Job, Thank you. This is my daily indoor exercise for 75Hard. My first month will be doing this routine to get a balance of strength between left and right (I'm much stronger on the right), and then progressing on to trying to bulk with bands.

Loved it! If you are on the fence about purchasing the program, do it, I am 61 and in decent shape and this program is getting me in great shape. I choose RB because of arthritis near my thumb joint and never have discomfort.

Each of your videos is great_thanks for that! If you write the start time next to it in the sequence of the exercises, you could find it again more quickly for targeted training and thus call it up!
I miss the gym so much but with the resistance bands workout combined with a parrel bar and pullup bars you can still make great muscle gains! Thanks for the video!
Thanks for making this video, I just recently got into Resistance bands so I will certainly enjoy an extended workout. I like how the same exercises are repeated multiple times to make sure you get that Fatigue. Also btw the quality is looking amazing!

I was wondering if doing this work out twice a week plus your abs and legs workout twice a week would be sufficient for body recomposition or gaining muscle mass? Supposing a progressive overload on the resistance bands and good nutrition. Do you believe that resistance bands are efficient on the long run or that there would be a need to transition to lifting weights at some point? Thank you!
Awesome. Did not think I could do this but I managed. Only minor issue - when I used only a subset of the bands, the loose band flopped around and interfered with the exercise.

You'll need to change up your workouts so your muscles don't adapt to the same stresses creating deminshing returns. Pick a few workouts and perform each once per week. Switch up the workouts every 2-4 weeks. Also diet is important when trying to lose weight. You can't overeat and lose weight.
Another thing, when doing resistance band, how much resistance can go into doing lets say 2 bands, equal to 50 lbs. Would it be divided by 2 or maximum one band like "40" minus the other like "10". So either lifting 25 or 30 lbs it feels like.

Only been following this guy for 2 weeks . He is brilliant. Not up to this standard just yet but will get there.
