I love the pace and diversity of this workout. Would love to see an extended version with some staggered squats or maybe even some abs mixed in. I do a lot of your guy’s workouts and absolutely love them.

We thought the same! This one and the DB version were the first ones we filmed. Now we switch the cardio movements half way through to new ones.
How do you determine the weight of a resistance band?
Largely we go off of color. Resistance bands change resistance when stretched. I'm sure you could use a tool to figure out the weight/resistance of your bands.
