    I love the pace and diversity of this workout. Would love to see an extended version with some staggered squats or maybe even some abs mixed in. I do a lot of your guy’s workouts and absolutely love them.

    Rich here from New Zealand. Best workout yet Guys. I love the cardio/resistance mix. For a 64yr old it was a challenging workout but fun.

    Geez this was tough! Lots of cardio here and it was welcomed. I was looking to Bruce for inspiration. He inspired me to lay down! 🤣🤣🤣 Good stuff you guys. This was definitely a sweatslinger!

    Loved it! Perfect all body routine when I'm short on time. Best wishes from the Land Down Under. Victoria Australia.The most locked down state in the world! Not seen my friends in Melbourne for a year because we're not allowed to visit each other and home visits banned. No gyms open. So it's RUclips and you as my in house teachers. But I'll be using your workouts all the time as I live remotely and RUclips is my trainer. ❤️

    Okay now I need to try this. I love using bands but I was having trouble integrating some cardio movements into it. Looks like ACHV PEAK already discovered a plan.

    I just wanna ask if it's okay to do this workout everyday instead of a 30 day workout routine. I just finished doing a 7x4 workout without equipment and want to know if doing this is alright for now.

      We thought the same! This one and the DB version were the first ones we filmed. Now we switch the cardio movements half way through to new ones.

    How do you determine the weight of a resistance band?

      Largely we go off of color. Resistance bands change resistance when stretched. I'm sure you could use a tool to figure out the weight/resistance of your bands.
