I just wanted to do some resistance band workouts because it’s been collecting dust in the corner of my room, and I could not ask for more of a perfect workout. I’d love it if you carry us all the way through cool down stretches.
I just started working out with resistance bands at home. I found your videos and they are simply the best. I love seeing the calm energy of your sweet dog when they join. Your encouragement is wonderful, and it is lovely to see such a fun couple. I have an auto inflammatory disorder and excersise has been the bane of my existance. I started regularly training with you guys since May last year (also bought the program as an early bird) and have lost more than 11kg so far. It's not a lot of weight but the transformation is astonishing. Jen is such an inspiration because I have seen her progress in earlier videos after she had the first boy to being in perfect shape several videos later. She has always been beautiful but it's just ultra motivating to see the transformations happening from video to video. Thank you for the amazing workouts!!

This workout kicks ass. Usually when I find a workout video and the views are less than 50K, I figure it must actually be good/challenging instead of something super easy, lol.

FitGent does a really good full body no attachment resistance band workout video to which can be really good to add in with other routines imo.
