    This is a great dumbbell back workout to help you target all of the muscles in the back. The best part of this dumbbell back workout is that it offers a variety of movements as well. 20 exercises are performed without repeating any dumbbell exercise.     I love all of your videos! They are easy to follow and not oozing with "overly positive" yelling like other channels do. I find them distracting and annoying lol. Thank you for your hard work!

    I'm coming back to this one for a short but terribly effective back workout. I can't believe how sore I was for 2 days! Back day is usually 2 hours but this feels more thorough somehow! ❤️❤️

    Nice workout! I completed on 9/28 w/ 20 lb and 35 lb, keeping pace. Super good sweat going! Off to a Jordon Yeoh 20 min full body cardio routine to finish my night.

    Whew boy! I lumped this together with the Bi/Tri workout from Day 28 of the 31 Days Challenge and I'm spent!

    Beast Mode! I cursed @ you multiple times! But I like. I skipped the second to the last one exercise because I knew I wouldn’t have the energy for those because I had already done 200 pushups and 4 sets of pull ups

    My arm gave way during the side lat pull over and I've damaged my muscle from it twisting weirdly. Likely because my weight was too heavy for that exercise, so be careful with that one!

    Are scapular retractors the same as scapular rows?
    I've never done side lat pullovers b4! Did 2 sets because it feels great to work a new part of muscle!
