Truly one of the BEST lower body/glutes workout with resistance band I’ve tried!! The slow pace helps me to focus on the exercise and muscle-mind connection. Right number of reps, not too long of rests….just overall a great workout. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Just did this yesterday. I thought I wasn’t gonna make it to the end now that I’m getting back into home workouts ... this only made me motivated to keep going! And I was able to make it to the end!! Barely 😂😂😂
I’ve never loved and hated someone so much at the same time. I finished but I definitely had to take breaks during each set. Love the format tho with follow along and warm up/cool down

Loved longer video. I like quided videos as well as those you made before. I would appreciate 40s working and 20s rest woth longer sections and less repeats e.g. 2x 15 min section workout - together 30 min. I missed music a little in this video though I liked the guidance.
