Great exercises!! I felt the burn. Every muscle group will get trained in this workout. For me the perfect allrounder, divers and I will definitely repeat it. I prefer the mini band more than the weights. Who else too😆?

This was my first ever resistance band workout! It was surprisingly challenging - I had to modify some exercises, like the clamshells I just did the leg movement and kept my hips on the floor. Thanks for a great easy to follow video!
This was awesome! I am currently 16 weeks pregnant and I am without weights for the next couple of weeks. I do have some bands with me, so I happened to search for workouts on RUclips and found this. This was exactly what I needed. I did need to modify some of the workouts to take some pressure off my core, but overall I absolutely loved it!

I don't feel as pressured as in HIIT workouts, but can really concentrate on myself and my body and what it is able to do already again. Also I can pay attention to my pelvic floor and squeeze much better than when trying to keep pace with high intensity intervalls. Still, this lets me break in sweat and I feel fabulous afterwards. Trying to rest so overuse strain in my hands and was advised to stay away from weights for a few weeks 😭 I was so worried I wouldn't be able to find something to do for strength, but this was perfect!
Me the entire workout: - your knees DONT touch the mat? How is that humanely possible? - one arm plank and the other arm pulling the band? W-what? - how do you get the band on your shoes? *Tries and sprains a muscle* - how do you pull the band so far- *almost died while trying* This was a tough workout, definitely not for beginners like me, but i enjoyed it, thank you!

I very rarely comment on workouts but DANG this one genuinely had me sweating and dead after each exercise. however, usually I am always watching the progress bar just COUNTING DOWN waiting for the end but this time it went by so fast! this workout got me working hard but didn't feel like it was dragging on. thank you for the amazing workout!

Really good & different set with some challenging moves. Minor issue for me was moving bands from or around legs & to hands in the 10 seconds, probably because I didn't watch the cue. This meant i had to pause the video a few times. But this is a very good workout & I will definitely repeat it. x
For some weird reason, I thought this would feel a little easier than normal :') Instead, it was a lot of the classic exercises (and some new ones) but made more difficult haha. Fun though, thanks - Needed to make use of the new bands!
Here’s the thing. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y These are not meant to be stretched to 12ft or 14ft or whatever else where you’re a 6ft person, stepping in the band and trying to do standing shoulder presses. If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.

Same. I found the transitions fiddly so didn't enjoy it as much unfortunately.
