I read your comments, and I will add to this. Nicole is one of the best intructors I have followed. (& come across) About 2 months back, I had this terrible pain( like carpel TS), so it's difficult to work out on a mat when you have pain- particularly your✋️ are burning with pain & numbness. The Bowen/& massage therapy helped. However, these sessions I will do with Nicole, I reckon for the rest of my life. M A S S I V E help, and love ❤️ getting up in the morning for my 6 sessions, the music, her genuine caring nature,so well done👌 with the Sunday break. I have been doing your workouts for 6 months I lost so much weight after giving birth to my youngest that I felt so weak. After these 6 months I feel stronger! I’ve went up a few sizes in bottoms, my body overall looks more toned. I have less back pain than before I cannot express how thankful I am for your videos. This was my first ever Pilates class, I decided to try it because o tiktok, and I almost passed out!!! I’m going to do Pilates 3 times a week and continue my weight lifting 4 times a week. I love this workout because it’s so easy to elevate the difficulty with just a few light hand weights or stronger resistance band. Means the intensity is easily adjustable and can be taken anywhere because it doesn’t require much space. Intense 20 minute workouts are amazing for vacation and things like that. Just stellar.
I never did this till now as I don’t use a band. But awesome even without the band. This will be one of my regular morning routines. Thank you so much.💜💜💜

This workout saved me. On august 4th I fractured my humerus bone in shoulder. I’ve been having serious withdrawal from gym. I been walking but has gotten too hot walk. You can tell I haven’t worked out in 3 weeks. Thanks for this video and I can workout again!
I’ve been strength training for 10 years including CrossFit and heavy weight training. this has to be the toughest exercise I have ever done without any weights or equipment besides a band. 😂 love it.

I love these banded leg workouts! I’m 40 weeks pregnant and these are a nice alternative to the heavy weight workouts that don’t feel good anymore. I’m nowhere near as graceful or smooth as you but I still get the good burn :) thanks for sharing!

Nicole, I found your channel during COVID, and it's helped me so much in maintaining my mental and physical fitness. Thank you so much for sharing your talent and passion! If I could make a wish, could you do a non-squat lower body video? I love these squat exercises, but a few weeks ago I heard my knees are shot, to an extent it's jeopardizing my part time job as a group fitness instructor. I need to stop squatting, running, jumping, everything for at least six months to see if I can get the pain under control. So, if you've been thinking about something like that, I'm sure others would love a knee friendly video as much as I would. :) In any case I will continue to love, use and appreciate the existing videos.
