This is the PERFECT glute & leg workout. 🙌. The timing is great and TIME UNDER TENSION. The moves are spaced so that you can work till exhaustion and then go back and do it all over again. Bookmarking this one. 👍

You need quality nutrients in exact portions to make sure your body will regenerate all these damaged muscle tissues and not store unnecessary fat in the process. First day of vacation and got my first Heather workout in! Legs feeling shaky but I know the rest of my day I’ll feel great knowing I started out right!! 👍🏻
Woo! I had to get my mind right for this one! Leg workouts just take a whole other level of mental strength for me to get through them. However, I surprised myself with this one. I did have to take slightly longer breaks in between to switch out my weights, but overall I could see that my lower body is getting stronger. Definitely need more outer thigh and glute work in my life (as much as I may want to avoid it). 🥴😅🙌🏾
I'm not a leg day fan, however, this was a great, low-impact leg workout. After taking 5 days off for vacation, I am trying to get a few extra workouts out in this weekend before the August calendar begins. I am certain I will feel this one for a few days. Thank you Heather!
