yes we are taking about C. Girvan. She's great, and play some of her workouts whit bands or bodyweight no repeat hiit..but I'm quite fit after 2 years of home workouts. Anyway for people thar work alone at home whiteout a coach it's quite dangerous these workouts because you've to know very well your body and your level. It's not for beginners at all, not for enjuried people or for people that have to lose a lot of weight. Some friends of mine that live for fitness workouts whit her, she offers few modifications and some exercises like one leg squat or one arms push up are difficult also for fitness coach.

Black cat moms unite! My black cat Binx jumped onto my stomach during one of the rests and I told her not right now. Then your black cat made several cameos! I really love this workout, I am recovering from a knee injury, and the exercises that my Physical therapist taught me are all included in this ABS and BOOTY BAND workout. I also love the music and it makes the workout go by fast. THANK YOU SO MUCH for all you do, Heather!!!
Wow, a real burner for my thights ... and abs at the beginning ...wow! I did the workout at 4 p.m. - usually I workout first thing in the morning, but couldn't really wake up earlier today ... and I am so proud I did it now. All the diversity of the workouts really keeps me going. Thank you Heather for these amazing workouts.
Excellent low-impact workout that still had me sweating. I was grumpy and had a tough day and working out was the last thing I felt like doing - this one was the perfect level to get it done without having to hop all around the room, and made me feel great afterwards. Thanks as always, Heather!

tried this one today, this was a nice change and my first time using a band. I purchased it awhile ago, and my knee issues instilled some fear into whether it would irritate my knees. The good news is it did NOT, the resistance was just right! THankyou for this workout! :)
