- This total body workout uses a mini band to target the legs, upper body and core. We're going to get that heart rate up and focus on toning from head to toe using just a single mini exercises band which makes this a great at home workout or the perfect option for a workout while travelling. There needs to be a mini band Glow Up series! Mini bands are great for on the road workouts!
Would love to see this re-released with a proper warm up, longer breaks to switch positions and a more fulsome cooldown. Great workout!

I love this mini band workout!! Yes, HEATHER...thank you! It was such a good workout. Just enough for me to get in before work. I had to take a few more seconds to adjust the band for certain exercises, but overall timing was good to get in position.
