  • Time to get in that CARDIO my friends!! This is a low impact cardio workout meaning there is no jumping - but remember low impact does NOT mean low intensity!     Loved it! I especially loved the length of this video. Perfect for days where you don‘t feel like working out. Much easier to start a 25 min WO than a 35 min WO. Love both, though. A variety is great and I‘d appreciate more shorter Cardio WOs. ❤ Thank you!

    Loved this one! Because you asked what we would like to see, I'd LOVE a 1-2 week program where the only equipment is a band. I travel a lot and don't want to miss out if the place I'm staying doesn't have a gym.

    GM. This is great if your joints are sore but you still want to get in that cardio. I felt great this am so I added 3 lb hand weights and did all the jumping. It got my HR up to 131 and went from cardio to fat burning. This is a 20 min bit powerful workout. Thanks again HR! Hope everyone has a blessed Tuesday.

    Really enjoyed this low impact workout! Challenged myself on round 2 to add some light weights for added resistance and man was dripping sweat after this one!!

    Nice one! I did the 10 min abs/bty, left my ankle weights on and used some light hand weights for added 🌶. Off to finish this wod on the stationary bike. Low impact is so necessary. 🥰
