- Time to get in that CARDIO my friends!! This is a low impact cardio workout meaning there is no jumping - but remember low impact does NOT mean low intensity! Back from work and I was drop dead. Just played it and let it be ❤ thank you ❤
GM. This is great if your joints are sore but you still want to get in that cardio. I felt great this am so I added 3 lb hand weights and did all the jumping. It got my HR up to 131 and went from cardio to fat burning. This is a 20 min bit powerful workout. Thanks again HR! Hope everyone has a blessed Tuesday.

Nice one! I did the 10 min abs/bty, left my ankle weights on and used some light hand weights for added 🌶. Off to finish this wod on the stationary bike. Low impact is so necessary. 🥰
