Love this work out! It's moderately paced, yet made me sweaty. The movements are easy so it's very less chance to hurt yourself even if your technique isn't perfect yet.

Really good one; amazing how much sweat can be produced in 30 minutes! Loved the somewhat lighter sets of weights needed (5s, 10s). 6-20-24 Good one for those days when you want to move and sweat, but not work yourself into a tizzy! 9-24-24
I love this workout ! And I enjoy what weights are recommended on the exercise, like light or medium was used in this workout. It saves time from me on guessing what ones I should use. Thank-you. Even though I didn't sweat, my arm muscles definitely felt the burn, Heather !

That was great. I’m doing a 100 squats a day for Breast Cancer in November so I’ll be incorporating some of those ones with dumbbells probably towards the end of the month 💪🏻😂💕💕
thank you so much Heather! I broke my foot a couple of weeks ago so I have been (mostly resting) but doing your low impact and upper body/chest/back/core workouts. there is SO much variety to choose from, but I loved this new one.

Jumping really is irritating my joints right now, so this is JUST what I needed!!! My joints are happy and my skin is sweaty!
