      Yes! Heather is the best trainer) I have never done cardio, I have never done so long, and I have never felt my body as it is now, my whole body, not just legs and buttocks, and this is very good and cool!

    I feel like Heather is my sister that pushes me to be my best! I have been doing her workouts for that past 5 weeks and it’s improved my confidence, agility, lost weight and feel happy. Sometimes I have to modify some things but I always finish feeling accomplished. Thanks so much, Heather! You are helping so many people and we appreciate your gifts.

    Thanks so much. During last 18 mths have dropped 2 sizes, reversed diabetes and got oh so fit through your weighted HIIT added to my running, Pilates and yoga. It’s the magic bullet for me. People comment I’m getting younger not older....

    Heather, you got me through a tough year. Everyone kept telling me I was the only person they knew who LOST weight during the pandemic! I admit to enjoying extra holiday food, but I am thankful to know you’ll be with us in 2022. 😊 Thank you!

    Hi Heather! By far my most favorite!!!
    Length is perfect. Except I work an extra 5 seconds. 20 seconds feels long for me. Thank you for keeping me in shape!

    Happy Monday! I am crying tears of joy because I was able to finish this workout without shoulder/neck pain. I did something to myself in June that put me out for your workouts until today. I had to modify a few things and went a little lighter with the dumbbells but I got it ✔️ Thank you ❤️

    Heather, you are a gift from above. I discovered you during the pandemic and have been doing your workouts since 2020. I love that they are 30 minutes, that's a perfect amount of time to go hard and and feel the impact of a solid workout. Keep on doing what you're doing.

    Due to injury I can't lift weights yet. I still need about 4 more weeks. Yoir low impact no weight workouts have kept me on track with my weight loss! I am at my goal weight 💪 because of your variety of workouts. Thank you. Ever thought about a walking hit workout? I like to do those when i need additional daily steps

    I really love that no-repeat format! It’s always been a mental hurdle for me to get through a tough set only to know I’m going to have to do it all again. Love that after each set I can say to myself, “That was hard but you made it through and you won’t have to do that again.” 😊

    There are some excellent HIIT workouts on RUclips, but these might be the best I’ve tried so far (definitely among the hardest). Love the variety. For those who haven’t tried it, HIIT is legit! I stopped running due to knee pain and started doing HIIT workouts periodically instead. No more pain, I’m way more fit, and when I get out and do things I really like to do (ski and hike) I can crush it. Can’t recommended them highly enough. These workouts will kick your a$$, but you will feel amazing and accomplished after.

    Heather, as always your workouts are kick butt but I absolutely love the 10 minute series. I use them all the time if I feel I need an ab or strength finisher. What a brilliant concept!

    I love your workouts! Can you do one geared toward alternative workouts for lower body injury? I am taking it easy on my knee. Patellar tendon. I try to modify as much as I can.

    As I run a handmade product business, I couldn’t manage workouts over the pre Christmas season and I missed you so much. This was a great workout to do after a few weeks off. As soon as the first song started I was in my happy place.
    New workouts…challenges or workout calendars that focus on a specific body goal that can be achieved and maintained while moving on to the next one.
