    I switched back to Heather from a different youtube trainer after finishing their workout channel and I'm glad I made it back. Heather offers the complete package from warm ups, workout, and stretching that makes each session feel great. This was no exception. Also really going at heathers pace makes you feel like every fiber is being worked. Keep up the amazing works!

      caroline girvan is more focused on strength I feel. I'm just doing her epic 3 because I'm looking for strength workouts. I turn to heather for hiit and abs. And her full body strength is also amazing.

    Love Heather's workouts. Full body range, challenging, but doable. And I love that she does her quick intro at first and then dives in. Her format is unlike any others I've seen. No constant commentary and inside jokes with a full room of people working out. Love the demos before each set that both give you time to set up for the next exercise as well as a quick view of what's next. Can't praise it enough!

    Even when I think of straying onto another fitness channel I always have to come back here. Nobody has the combination of challenge, variety, enjoyment and workouts that are not a chore to repeat. Simply the best. 🥇

    I'm happy I had decided to try one of the slightly older workouts. This one was so comprehensive. My entire upper body got worked out! I appreciated how you gave us sufficient time between each exercise so that we could switch weights, get into the next position, and even rest a little bit. Also, a big thanks for including a warm up and cooldown stretching at the end. This was fabulous! Thanks a lot Heather 🥰.

    Ya know, I just have to say I love all of your workouts that I've tried... but what I appreciate most of all? Many (maybe even most? maybe all?) of your workouts include the warm up & cool down. This is so important to me; I only recently discovered you and I hope you never stop posting! You are the best!

    Loved this one! Really liked that there was more time between sets than a lot of your other videos. I didn't feel so rushed and was able to get the weights I needed and watch you do the moves so that I was ready to go right at the start. Great total upper body workout!

    I love how my arms, especially shoulders burn a bit but not too much and your warm ups and cools downs with sound cues are just perfect and very much needed!

    I love it when you separate the upper body routines from the lower body ones. Please more routines like these ones. Separate upper/lower body routines 🙏🏻

    Wow! Just when you think you could not possibly do yet another fantastic program , YOU DO!!!! this was a fabulous upper body work out with weighs. I loved some of the new combos you came up with, so intense but doable. I actually combined this with your recent Tabata workout for a killer sweat but oh so worth it. Keep these coming Heather. Just love them.

    This is a great workout to get my upper body open and strengthened again. I had open heart surgery one year ago and it is a slow process to be able to do upper body workouts. Thank you Heather!!

    Much needed Heather. I’ve been consistently doing your upper body workouts a few times a week since June. I’m so much stronger. I couldn’t do one push-up. Now I can keep up with you! Please keep the upper body workouts coming.

    Those tricep presses were challenging! Movements were so unique, that it had my upper body working in ways that I didn’t expect. I will work my way up to your strength and endurance, Heather :) thank you for this humbling experience!

      Update: 1 month later of doing a variety of Heather’s workouts and I felt like I needed to lift heavier for almost each round instead of matching her the weights that she was using. Feeling stronger and empowered 💪🏼

    There is a sense of calm and persistence in your videos. I usually do not enjoy those videos that seem like out of an adrenaline fused sport movie. The music does much better help to me rather than constant chatting. Thanks and keep up the good work.

    you are absolutely awesome and I love that I get to start every day with one, two, or three (!!!) of your workouts. Would love if you could do an upper body workout with weights that included core!!!! Need more core, always trying to sneak it in everyday.     I've incorporated the sculpted arm workout after my daily workout routine and I enjoy it, it's the best it burns (lol) but it's all worth it.

    I have tried so many different workout videos and none of them comes even close to Heather’s workouts! I love her workouts it challenge me and that’s what I like about the workouts! I’m never bored with her workouts, the workouts are fun and Heather has helped me so much I don’t know how many kilograms I have lost because I don’t weigh myself but I can feel difference in my clothes and see a difference in the mirror. Thank you Heather❤

    Love this! The rest time was perfect for me to readjust the weight load on my bowflex for each exercise and I loved it wasn't just a 20 minute session. Would love to see more of these longer strength videos!

      @@lexij2911 Yea! They're great albeit a little clunky for some of the moves but it's such a space saver as opposed to having a bunch of different sets lying around
