ARM TONING WORKOUT // Biceps, Triceps & Shoulders

- Today we are targeting the biceps, triceps and shoulders with this arm toning workout. Using dumbbells only for resistance we will work on building strength and creating lean, toned arms by performing a series of bicep, tricep and shoulder exercises. Choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to complete each rep with proper form. Let's gooooo!!!!

Loved this workout. Honestly following the monthly calendar has made a huge impact on my strength. It provides the right balance and challenges for me and I don't have to think about anything. I have posted before, out of shape 47 years old, I am currently 29 lbs down and in the best shape of my life. I am so lucky to have found your channel. Obviously proper rest, nutrition and hydration all also factors but I didn't think I would feel this good again. Now I need to buy some heavier weights. THANK YOU Heather🙏
Aside from the great workout guidance, I LOVE that Heather doesn't talk/yell/or drill sergeant us. Music and the start/stop "dink" sound contribute to a focused and peaceful workout.

Heather you are doing my morning to be a great moment. I say it again, it is not a matter of volume or huge quantity, it is quality as your workouts are. I love that killer look at the end full of realism!! When I am doing your workouts and in the end I see you "suffering" just like me (even though my weights are much lighter thank yours lol) it helps me and motivates me to keep going! We all know that getting in shape is hard but most videos make it look unrealistic and impossible to achieve. You are super fit and strong but you still perform the exercises until the end and you sweat with us!!! Thank you!!
