    This was my first Heather Robertson workout, and I loved it! I haven't been doing strength lately, but this was focused, clear, and challenging. I'm looking forward to trying more.

    These are my FAVORITE type of repeat workouts. I love repeating the same exercise back to back. Allows me to focus on form, and try to work to fatigue on the last set - which is what is going to give better results!!! Even repeated circuits don't really allow me to do this. And I also love the break down of the exercises in the description. Helps me set out my weights that I need and gets me ready for a good workout. Thank you Heather. You are amazing!!!

    I usually always use the same weights as Heather and I have done this session before, but here for most exercises, 25lbs is too heavy for me...I was worried about hurting my knees and lower back... so I used lighter weights for some of them... I listened to my body... I am in for the long run -) I love doing the calendar workouts and never miss one... so grateful! Thank you!

    I have been doing your workouts for almost 2 years now and I gotta say I am in the best shape of my life - even better than when I was going to the gym 6 days a week/training for half marathons. This was the new challenge I was looking for. Not gonna lie a lot of the sets I just had to do body weighted for fear of popping a hamstring. I don't think I'm going to be able to walk tomorrow 😂

    I love how you get right to the point on these videos and don't talk lol. Ive done workout videos from other RUclipsrs and the talking and heavy breathing makes me nervous and anxious! Although I felt my legs almost collapse under me I focused on my strength and kept my composure until the time was up. Definitely looking forward to checking out more of your sessions 🤠!!!

    This one was so good! I was really focused and tried to go heavier than usual but still staying safe. I am drenched in sweat. I thought we had one more circuit and was bracing myself but it was a cool down. I almost broke out into a praise dance.
    I know I'm going to feel my legs tomorrow. I will make sure to do some yoga and light walking ^^

      Same!!! I actually had a good high heart rate too despite there not being a lot of cardio. And DRENCHED in sweat! It was awesome.

    What I really appreciate in all your workouts is the good warming up and stretching! Many youtubers have intense workouts but not many have such good warm ups and cool downs that protect from injury!

    I hate leg day workouts because the next day walking and sitting is painful! Lol But I know it’s necessary. I was sweating bullets after this one! Thanks Heather for continually pushing us.

    So happy that the stretch was around 6 minutes. Sometimes I feel like the stretch at the end of the videos are a little too short but this time it was good after beating up my body. 4 minutes stretch and 6 minutes stretch are definitely not the same.

    I was shocked when it said "Cool Down"!! It went by quickly, but it was challenging. That's a winner in my books!!

      ikr, in the first few minutes I was struggling a lot and had to take lots of breaks. But I still pursued even if it was aching my muscles a lot, then later on, I got surprised when the text said ‘Cool Down’ Consistency really is the key! 😊

    Thank you ! Love it! I like that this kind of format is strength workout but I also feel my heart pumping so I am getting both strength and a little bit steady cardio too! I am not a big fan of strictly cardio full of jumping and pure lifting is sometimes too boring - so I appreciate the mix of both! 💟

    I don't have heavy weights, I did this with a pair of 10lbs and it sill felt great. Can't imagine the burn with a pair of 25 lbs, she's a badass!

    Thank you Heather!!! I'm not a big fan of leg's days, but this one has everythig you can ask to a lower body routine. And I love this structure, you can do a lot of reps but in a good tempo and form. Have a great weekend Heather!!! 💪🔥💪
