Why I liked this routine... 1. Simple movements so you can focus on proper form. 2. 40 secs of work, 20 secs rest 3. Total time: 40 mins Don't get me wrong, I did sweat like crazy and the heart was pumped, so overall - for me - I loved this workout. Thank you Heather.

I did the same. I fully agree that the results obtained are far better despite the constant warnings against RUclips posts. I've suffered 3 injuries in indoor PT training, so the risks are the same!

I just recently completed your 12 week 2.0 plan & absolutely loved it. Over the years I've followed different workouts...but nothing has motivated me to this level until now. I've always been active but was scared to lift any weight beyond 2lbs because of severe arm pain post pregnancy that doctors couldn't figure out. Once I started your workouts I decided I would start increasing weight and see what happened. Guess what? I feel the strongest I ever have in my life and that arm pain is virtually non existant! Your workouts are structured so well and I appreciate so much that you've made them available for free!! Thanks Heather :)

This is one of my favourite sweat sessions. I love that it's split into four rounds and has only two sets. A little cardio gently thrown in but didn't take away from the strength. I can feel it through my whole body! Def want more of these please! Thanks as always ❤
Total Body Strength Workout done which I see I repeated from 9 months ago.Really enjoyed it.Used mostly my 12.5kg and 10kg but on the bridge my 24kg and on the rear flies and swing(my back) the 7kgs.On the question of what would I like to see more or less of,my answer is I like the variety you give us and I trust your knowledge to give us a balance of sessions.I do the Calender trusting that and my contribution to me and my body is to show up 5x a week and press PLAY.Thanks again for everything Heather!!!😁

Started training with your free program during the pandemic in 2020 when I couldn't hit the gym anymore. Had to stop a couple of months at the beginning of 2021 because I was [finally] diagnosed with fibromyalgia. However, this did not stop me 💪 just made some adjustments to fit my daily pain...If I didn't have access to these workouts I must certainly be sulking in a dark place. Thank you for all your work! I totally enjoy them & my body needs this daily dose of exercise. Never going back to the gym, that's for sure :)
As a fellow fibro warrior, I just want to encourage you to keep up the good work😊 the flare ups make it hard to stay on track at times, but working out really helps!

I had surgery on my lower back (L5) in November 2021....every since I was told to stay away from HITT workouts, CrossFit etc. and do more controlled strength focused movements to get back into shape. Easier said than done, especially when I LOVE all the high intensity workouts sooo much. Well this workout had just the perfect combination!!!
