LOVED the format of supersets! Almost like a no repeat (to make all the lovers of no repeats happy) but great for those of us who like multiple sets. Made the time fly and I looked forward to seeing what the next super set was. My husband loves strength workouts!!!
I really liked this format with the twice repeating strength sets, and changing cardio bursts. The different strength combos paired well with one another, and really worked out the target muscles. Repeating the combo twice was a great way for me to really push my limit. Also the same for for the changing cardio burst, knowing that I only needed to one set caused me to go harder. Great workout Heather! (as always)

This is one of my favorites from Heather! I love the supersets with cardio at the end. The programming keeps you pushing through, alternating lower and upper body so you get a little rest. It's a great workout!

i burned 550 calories doing this workout!! that NEVER happens for me the most i usually burn is around 250... heather pushes me to my limits and i feel myself growing stronger everyday
Heather Robinson is beyond great. She knows what she is doing. I find her instructions easy to follow. The workouts can be tough but definitely enjoyable. I find that I am not searching for the clock wondering when it will be over.

Have been sore already for the past 2 days from this week's WO's. Had to modify this one a bit and listen to my body. Still got a great sweat sesh in, burnt about 221 active cals with a total of 278 cals! Perfect way to end this week, now time to recover..WHEW!!!!

I am a little weak and overweight (working on that) so i did a few modifications but kept up almost with all of these workouts. Thank you definently will look into more of your workouts.

Recently found out about you during quarantine and IM SO GRATEFUL! Thank you! I know there are people with a diastasis recti who can't do any twisting movements or anything with hands on knees that puts weight on the stomach area --those exercises have to be avoided. An idea to do videos that are diastasis recti friendly perhaps?

I think I’ve done this one before, but since it was the main WOD today I just want to say I think this is my favorite workout of the many I’ve done. Been keeping up with these in March and April - helping me stay sane! Thank you!
My workout week looks like this Monday is total body workout (dumbbells) Tuesday is pure cardio Wednesday is upper body (dumbbells) Thursday is lower body(dumbbells) Fridays are rest day Saturday is pure cardio Sundays are rest days but I sometimes want to add a quick workout hiit session anyway All of them are of course in Heather's gym 👍😄💪🦸♀️🏋️♀️🔥💧
Amazing!!! By superset 3 I was already wishing we were on superset 5 but I powered through....saw the light at the end of the tunnel when we got to superset 5....knew I was more than half way to the end....and then somewhere between superset 6 and 7 I lost track of which one we were on....boy was I relieved when superset 8 arrived as I knew it was almost over....but then you decided to end it with Burpee Jacks....NOOOOOOOO......I am not one to dislike burpees....but adding the jack in there too....THANK YOU HEATHER for your workouts....they are truly keeping me sane as my CrossFit gym is shut down. I am loving this change in workout style...I think my body really needed it. God Bless you!

This was amazing, and I feel super strong and accomplished! Thank you Heather! One thing I noticed: I find the L-raises VERY difficult with 10lb. weights...i can barely get in 5 reps. Any suggestions on why that is and how to strengthen those muscles in the right way?

Started the two week lockdown lean with the Glow-Up diet to build up my self confidence for beach vacation two weeks from today. All I can say is wow this was thorough, really fun and SO TOUGH!!!!!!

My workout week looks like this
Monday is total body workout (dumbbells)
Tuesday is pure cardio
Wednesday is upper body (dumbbells)
Thursday is lower body(dumbbells)
Fridays are rest day
Saturday is pure cardio
Sundays are rest days but I sometimes want to add a quick workout hiit session anyway
All of them are of course in Heather's gym

Amazing!!! By superset 3 I was already wishing we were on superset 5 but I powered through....saw the light at the end of the tunnel when we got to superset 5....knew I was more than half way to the end....and then somewhere between superset 6 and 7 I lost track of which one we were on....boy was I relieved when superset 8 arrived as I knew it was almost over....but then you decided to end it with Burpee Jacks....NOOOOOOOO......I am not one to dislike burpees....but adding the jack in there too....THANK YOU HEATHER for your workouts....they are truly keeping me sane as my CrossFit gym is shut down. I am loving this change in workout style...I think my body really needed it. God Bless you!

This was such a great workout! I live the strength workouts combined with a little cardio! For people over 40, these are awesome workouts! I tell everyone about your videos! No more gym… when these workouts are so great!!!!
This was amazing, and I feel super strong and accomplished! Thank you Heather! One thing I noticed: I find the L-raises VERY difficult with 10lb. weights...i can barely get in 5 reps. Any suggestions on why that is and how to strengthen those muscles in the right way?
