- Today's low Impact HIIT workout focuses on both strength and cardio! We are using dumbbells in this home workout to build lean muscle and burn fat all with no jumping exercises - making this an apartment friendly workout! You'll also notice I'm throwing in some moves today to challenge your balance and mobility so embrace the shake and do your best!!

Amazing! HR up in orange almost the whole time! Cardio effect present but without the high knees, running in place etc (which I was dreading) so thank you for an awesome, low impact, effective sweat sesh Heather! I will come back to this one!

I alternated between 10/15 db sets and 20 single. Great strength work out with a little cardio incorporated. Active cal 275.
This one was very hard for me but I can’t wait to do it again and show myself that I can improve doing these moves. Loving the low impact options - thank you!

Wow. I think the best thing that happened to me since the end of last year is to come across your channel. I love all your exercises, but the low impact and resistance mini bands are the best for me. I always ended up exhausted, but has been worth it.

I injured my knee snowboarding back in February and its still not healed all the way. All of your low impact has been saving me!!! I miss my intense workouts, but you proved here you don't need to jump around to make it intense. I thought I would miss my group fitness classes at the local gym...and sometimes I do because of the energy, but you're videos make up for it. I don't miss those classes at all anymore!

Wee wow wee wow! Oh my gosh that hurt! First time working out in a year after losing my motivation and boy did I feel this! I really have undone all that I achieved when I was working out every day, my diet has been atrocious too but I'm going to try to do better. I do cycle a fair bit so I don't understand how my legs have got so weak but it is what it is and I'm going to improve week by week. Thank you so much for a great workout Heather ❤️

This! Was! Killer! I love Heather’s strength videos so much, and this 40 minute video was harder than some of her 50-55 minute videos I’ve done (which is saying something... I’ve never done an EASY Heather video!!). Also, love the format of 2 longer circuits in the past couple of videos, somehow it makes the videos fly by faster for me!
I previewed this workout and it didn't seem like it would be too tough. Oh my God, I was sweating and huffing and puffing while even using the 5s and 10s. I feel great. I've been doing your workouts for about 4 months now and I appreciate the no talking, great music, no nonsense approach. I also love that you spend some quality time on warmups and cool downs which are so important for me. Great format. Really A+++++.

Just what I needed this morning- a perfect mix of strength, cardio and lots of sweat without jarring my joints. I’ve been very tight lately and after adjustments with my chiropractor am easing back into things. That doesn’t mean I wasn’t challenged by this amazing workout - Endorphins should get me through the day!

I'm relatively new to Heather's workouts, having only done one or two over the past few months. I really like the way all the movements are slow and controlled and there's plenty of transition time. Really helps me to work on my form and doesn't feel frantic and rushed like many workouts. Thank you!

This workout was a great push for me! I struggle with balance these days. As I get older, my foot/ankle surgeries (both feet) have taken their toll, and my ankle strength isn’t great. I feel like these exercises in particular, really pushed me to work on my balance. Thank you for all you do!😍

I have been loving your videos over the past few months, but this one I have to say has been my absolute favorite. I love to push myself hard when I workout and often that translates into really high impact work which can be challenging bladder wise after having 4 kids.
