      My arms/shoulders were feeling that first circuit, but the second was a total killer! Heart rate was up and I was drenched by the end! Tks Heather! 🔥 (burned 282 cals on my fitbit)

    I like that form is your top focus. I'm not really comfortable when trainers make it seem like quantity is more important than quality. You are consistent part of my workout routine and since I'm looking for strength (and balance in yoga) progress mostly, I keep coming back to you because your workouts are all so fun.

    The most light dumbbells I have is 2.5kg each. Both arms hates me now. But I love this. It’s a good balance of doable but still giving me a hard time. Thank you so much!!!

    Added this to fav right away! Don’t be fooled by the low impact, it’s super intense, my heart rate climbed up to 150BPM. Intense but enjoyable. Love, love this! Burned total 261CAL.

    Yay! Full body low impact workouts are my favs! Exactly what I was looking for! Update: This was short and low impact but super sweaty! BPM 98-183. Whew! Definitely didn’t feel short. 291 active calories burned. The second circuit was no joke! Thank you for the great workout Heather! 🤍🤍🤍

    Thank you for this video. I am 63 with multiple mechanical issues but this workout feels great. I have to make a few adaptions but it is such a good feeling knowing I not only get my heart rate up but I am definitely working my muscles!

    wow! great! more sweaty than other no "low impact" workouts, my heart rate went up to 180, burned more calories than in the most of other 40 min-workouts. loved it!!

    I've done this workout twice. Once last week, once this week. I have fibromyalgia and I'm also iron deficit anemic so I don't have a lot of energy a lot of the time. I consider myself moderately in shape because I try to walk daily. However, this workout kicked my butt! And I can't even finish the video... Kudos Heather!

    I’m SORE from last week, I’m on a full rest day eating reallll good today (🍝🥗🍕🍦)!😋
    I love that I can easily modify where I need using moves inspired from your other videos.
    I hurt my foot 6 weeks ago, no lunges for me yet.
    Maybe a pulse suitcase squat & side raise for example instead of side lunge & side raise, etc.
    Adapt and overcome!

    I felt really low on energy today recovering from a virus but as it world osteoporosis day I wanted to lift some heavy stuff and this was the perfect combo. Now feeling energised and strong for the rest of the day !

    I loved the side lunge raise and the skull crusher crunch. This workout is now another favorite upper body workout from Heather.

    This was challenging but I loved it! I added a 8 pound weight vest and it definitely increased the sweat and fatigue!!!

    I love all your workout but I am having to do things for my knees. The squats and lunges are really helping me to lose the weight in my glutes and legs and it makes me so happy. I am so thankful that I have found your channel. I will be 48 tomorrow and my goal is to lose 100 lbs. Thank you for being a part of my journey.

    I was looking for something that would focus more on upper body strength and I would say this was pretty close, especially the first circuit. I liked that both circuits also included a bodyweight move and a more fast paced move. Lastly, I used to think low impact meant lower intensity, but I was wrong - nice and sweaty after this one. Thanks, Heather!

    Just completed a low impact workout that I like to really well and then did the legs and booty workout with ankle weights. I saw this workout but had been wanting to do the legs and booty workout for a while so I did that instead since I had just finished another low impact workout. I will definitely get to this one as well. The variety is just overwhelming. It's nice to be able to pick and choose. Great channel

    This was great! 3 rounds really fatigued those muscles! I had to take a short break before the last round of the last circuit. Used 5's, 10's, and 12"s #. Thank you!

    Here for the August calendar. I love a no repeat workout, but when repeating the same move I'm able to go up in weights or intensity and get my form correct! Another great workout, thanks Heather!!

    So I follow Heather's channel, but I also have created a playlist of my favorite Heather videos, and THIS ONE is going into that list! It was such a great video! Love that you can make it more challenging with heavier dumbbells, or just challenge yourself with more reps. Thanks again, Heather, for helping us all keep sane during these trying times! And again, "low impact" does NOT mean easy!

    Your low impact workouts are a life saver as a prenatal workout! I only have to modify slightly to avoid most abs exercises, but otherwise I get a proper full body workout. Thank you!
