I like that form is your top focus. I'm not really comfortable when trainers make it seem like quantity is more important than quality. Thank you for this video. I am 63 with multiple mechanical issues but this workout feels great. I have to make a few adaptions but it is such a good feeling knowing I not only get my heart rate up but I am definitely working my muscles!

I've done this workout twice. Once last week, once this week. I have fibromyalgia and I'm also iron deficit anemic so I don't have a lot of energy a lot of the time. I consider myself moderately in shape because I try to walk daily. However, this workout kicked my butt! And I can't even finish the video... Kudos Heather!

I hurt my foot 6 weeks ago, no lunges for me yet. Maybe a pulse suitcase squat & side raise for example instead of side lunge & side raise, etc. Adapt and overcome! 🧡💜💚 Chicago USA 🇺🇸

I was looking for something that would focus more on upper body strength and I would say this was pretty close, especially the first circuit. I liked that both circuits also included a bodyweight move and a more fast paced move. Lastly, I used to think low impact meant lower intensity, but I was wrong - nice and sweaty after this one. Just completed a low impact workout that I like to really well and then did the legs and booty workout with ankle weights. I saw this workout but had been wanting to do the legs and booty workout for a while so I did that instead since I had just finished another low impact workout. I will definitely get to this one as well. The variety is just overwhelming. It's nice to be able to pick and choose. Great channel

Here for the August calendar. I love a no repeat workout, but when repeating the same move I'm able to go up in weights or intensity and get my form correct! Another great workout, thanks Heather!!

Your low impact workouts are a life saver as a prenatal workout! I only have to modify slightly to avoid most abs exercises, but otherwise I get a proper full body workout. Thank you!

I loved the side lunge raise and the skull crusher crunch. This workout is now another favorite upper body workout from Heather.
This was challenging but I loved it! I added a 8 pound weight vest and it definitely increased the sweat and fatigue!!!
My new favorite workout, and that is saying a lot because I have done many hundreds of online workouts.
