hi it's me again! this must be one of your top three hardest workouts. so useful! after 20 mins you are like ok this is good, after 30 mins you check again and how much damn longer and that is when your mental strength kicks in. at 45 you feel proud and sweatazing!

OMG 😆 one of the hardest workout to me until now. After recovered from a stroke many years ago I had to relearn my unilateral movements so in my humble opinion I can say that I nailed it even with little adaptations. Thank you Heather from the deep of my heart 😍🥰

I've been in a funk this past week. Just doing 15-20 minutes of exercise has been challenging after working 10+ hour days. Needless to say, I feel behind on my routine of self-care.
