I love how this workout doesn't focus so much on quads unlike almost every other "full body" workout on youtube. I like to work my legs separately from the rest of my body and it gets tough when all other exercises rely so heavily on some form of squat. With this one I feel my whole body burning, not just my thighs. There's also a reasonable amount of rest between exercises and I have no need to pause for water breaks. I'm glad I found your workouts!
Hi Heather, this is going to be a long “thank you” letter so bear with me. I found you mid-pandemic, when I was feeling low: mentally, physically drained, unmotivated, flabby mom, gaining weight, and depressed. I have tried other work-out videos but I was drawn to you. You kept it REAL. You NEVER talked about yourself, or about weight-loss, or diet, or spoke during the work-out because as someone who suffered from body dysmorphia, it can be triggering. I try to never weigh myself or else I’ll go back to being bulimic or anorexic. You are a constant friend and companion. Just you being there, unjudgmental , doing your stuff, is enough. I love when I can see in your face that the work-out is hard. So therefore, I thank you. Thank you for always giving various workouts when I’m not feeling so strong, or tired, short ones also makes me feel accomplished that day. The music rocks, and YOU rock, you are solid. This is one of my favorite longer cardio workout. I love the alteration between cardio/abs bc it gives me a little break when we're doing "abs" from the cardio spurts! Total active cal 320 highest HR 165. Thanks Heather!

One of my favourites! -not repetetive like other HIIT workouts -tries not to target the same muscle in a row -changes it up with different forms of jumping to make it more fun -effective in raising my heart rate throughout the workout and was challenging throughout

This workout was so good! I’m in such a bad shape and can’t keep up with the fast workout videos without pauses. I love the fact that you put a small sneakpeak up in the corner whenever it’s time to change position - then it’s so much easier to switch. Also that you use a countdown, so you don’t have to look at the screen all the time, but can actually focus on the workout. I wasn’t sure I was gonna last all 49 minutes - but I did it and I will 100% sure use your workout videos again. Thanks.

This time an older one in the calender and it's so interessting to see what has changed. Now we have a warm up and a cool down. And we know the exercise before the timer startes. All to the better. But what hasn't changed is that this workout is as effective and sweaty as all the other workouts 👍
Did you do it every day for 2 month ? I don’t even have the motivation for every 3 days because of school I’m so tired when I come how at 7pm, the still homework until 9pm, then dinner, then I try to do this workout at 10pm but it’s too late and still have to shower how do you have time ??

Great workout. Thanks to the basic moves it's easy to adjust according to personal fitness level. I increased the speed in the cardio parts and added dumbbells to some ab moves. Also tried to keep moving during breaks but could only keep that up in the first cardio circuit

I just started working out with you Heather and I loved this! It was super sweaty but manageable with some parts being super hard (star jumps aren't jumping jacks apparently!) I burned 250 calories according to my apple watch - 5ft8 and 56kg for reference. Pretty good for 45 mins! Thank you! xx

Finished the whole thing and I must admit I had problems with doing some abs exercises properly but all of the drills are rather simple so you can modify them easily. I think my neighbours weren't really happy with me doing this - a lot of jumping and skips, I'm still looking for my perfect workout which is intense but also creative and not monotonous at the same time. But I love the pattern of this workout: great music, timer on and no talking :D
I fiercely HATE floor abs exercises. I just can't enjoy them no matter what. But I managed to get through the first ab circuit and half of the second ab circuit. Thanks for another great workout, Heather. I'm also putting in a request for standing abs workout :)
When life @ home with two kids under 4 and work is beyond stressful, an hour of HR kicking my a$$ is a total blessing. Wish I could show this hard work off at a pool.

I think my neighbours weren't really happy with me doing this - a lot of jumping and skips, I'm still looking for my perfect workout which is intense but also creative and not monotonous at the same time. But I love the pattern of this workout: great music, timer on and no talking :D

I fiercely HATE floor abs exercises. I just can't enjoy them no matter what. But I managed to get through the first ab circuit and half of the second ab circuit. Thanks for another great workout, Heather. I'm also putting in a request for standing abs workout :)
