    I will be one of the few dudes who comment on this video to tell you they really are great. My wife and I do these together. I workout about 5 times a week and play basketball on the weekends and the other guys can't keep up with me so that says A LOT! Thanks for the effort, we appreciate it.

    Another oldie but goodie. 45s on, 15s off, with 20s rest intervals. Challenging but great music with a killer core finish! 😃😃😃

    Heather, I found your workouts during this pandemic and it is the only thing that makes me happy! I just turned 67 yrs. old and love the workouts. True, I can't do a full burpee, and jumping-jacks hurt my knees after a few, so I just modify those moves. I am a group fitness instructor for older adults at an agency in my city and so miss teaching my classes. So thank you for such a great stress relieving program that makes me feel happy and am getting stronger too! sincerely, Robin in Michigan.

    This is a good one. I love no repeat workouts. I get bored easily from repeats and repeats make me aware of how much time I have left. When broken up into separate repeat sections, I think to myself - "Ugh, not again!" I'd rather be oblivious to the time left since I'm very impatient. No repeats make the workout fly by. If only more trainers would do this!

    This is my absolute favourite of your workouts: I love you guiding us through the warm up and cool down with your voice, so we can focus on the movements instead of trying to get the changes on the screen; the structure of the session and the exercises themselves... it’s so great!

    I love that it's no repeat. 50 min went by really fast. I subbed some floor work for some standing up cardio. HR got up to 170 active Cal 310. This is definitely a total body HIIT that covers abs as well

    I did the "Intense 30 Minute Full Body HIIT // No Equipment Workout" (including your seperate warming up and cooling down routine) for about 9 months. I gave me so much strength back while losing weight ( I've lost 28 kilos/62 pounds on my own so far). I was ready for a new challenge and thought I'd start this routine. O your lord, I have found new muscles on my body and they hurt all over again!!! :D This is going to be a GREAT new routine for 2020. Thank you for all your free videos. You are really making a difference for a lot of people all over the world.
    Ps I have Asperger syndrom. You choosing not to talk through the excersises helps me a lot. And I agree with lots of other people: your voice is calming. :-)

    I've been doing Heather's at home workouts since the beginning of April and I LOVE THEM. I have lost 10lbs and leaned out a lot. Thanks for all you're doing! I like the no repeats workouts... I burned 356 calories without the cool down.

    I finally found the right workout for me! I love it that there is no constant talking/giving instructions louder than the music. It's just the music, and the two cameras from different angles allow us to see how to do each exercise, so there is no need for explaining.
    I love the no repeats.
    I'm 57 and kind of out of shape, so I'm starting slow, following Heather as much as I can, and if it's too much for me, it's super easy to slightly modify the exercises to my level. I know that if I stick to this routine at least three times a week, I will be able to do almost everything along with Heather (I used to be an aerobics instructor).
    I would like as much variety in the music as in the exercises, like adding some salsa music, reggae, rock, classics like the Beatles (can you use them?) (What about hits like "Despacito" or "Waka-Waka"?)
    Excellent job, Heather!! I will check your other videos when I get in better shape with this one that I love!

    I did this months ago. Its a good body movement workout if you don’t want to use weights this is a low impact workout in my opinion it didn’t push me hard or raised myHR. The first 10 mins were HIIT raised my HR not much by 154. It’s 4 circuits 10 moves each. First circuit was cardio the 3 other circuits were all predominantly floor work. I added plyo moves to the rest of he circuits doing every 3 moves on the floor with her. She’s amazing these are just notes for me. I’ve been working out with her since March 2020 I fired my PT Bc she gave me better results and pushed me hard. I love the 30-40 HIIT workouts that she has for cardio. Raises my Hr to 167 which is great. Notes for myself. Thanks Heather 😊👍🏼

    Loved this workout, especially because it included a warm up and cool down. Both are so important and I often find myself going to popsugar because their videos usually include both, but I so love the style of your videos (more music than talking, lots of great basic strength exercises, etc)

    Amazing workout! I was able to keep up, focus on my form and the feeling in the muscles. I was drenched after the first 20 minutes but felt I could keep going.

    Loved this one! I like that we did the plyometrics in the first set. When I do burpees at the end, I have a hard time keeping up.

    I love that the exercises ain't being repeated 🤗 Usually when I'm exercising together with a longer workout video, halfway through all of sudden the person says "okay, now we gonna repeat everything once again" and I'm just like "oh hell no" and turn it off😂
    Had a good sweat sesh!

    Hi Heather! Love your trainings and this one in particular 👍 would it be possible to have another of this very kind with 40 exercises no repeat no weights and most of all no jumping (I cannot jump at home ...) but same duration and same Warm up and cool down? It would be so coooool!!

    Love your workouts girl! All the way from Australia... just two things though and you can take it or leave it, the white on white numbers and words are hard to see (sometimes I have no sound, so looking for that) and love the warm ups in your video's, I'm to stupid to make up my own, so it's nice to be able to follow you. Keep em' comin'... you're a machine.

    Saturday cardio ☑️ I like this one. 4 circuits w 10 moves each. Last circuit was all floor work so I alternated plyo moves w the ab 🆎 workout. HR 161 Calories over 330 BPM 167. Went by fast for sure ! Thanks Heather. Everyone have a blessed Saturday ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙏🏼🥵🤩😰😨🙌🏻

    Just started ur workout one week before ..I can see the changes in my body and yeah the songs u r selecting is giving motivation to push beyond the limit..tku coach finally I found the workout which is worthable for me..Love from India 😊😊😊😊😊😍😍😍😍😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😍😍😍😊😊😊😍😘😘😘😘😘❤❤❤❤❤❤
