This was hands down the best 1 hour workout i've ever done. The hour flew by, the exercises were fun and the intervals between working out certain body parts made it less challenging to get through. I absolutely see myself doing this workout several times a week. Thanks so much, Heather!!

I really enjoyed this workout! I normally do 30 minute workouts but I've been pushing myself to increase my workouts to an hour long. This was my first one and although I started feeling restless at about 40 minutes in, the fact that there were no repeats helped keep me engaged. I get bored quick! I really enjoy Heather's workouts. Def one of the top people I turn to on youtube for a good sweat session!

Heather's workouts are simply THE BEST! Easy to follow, no talking, super effective. I lost 4kg doing just 30 minutes a day and look forward to a new workout every day. Also seems like a genuinely nice person, not self-absorbeb like most fitness models.
Another great workout. For those that want to have an idea of how much work it is- I burned 365 during warmup and workout (I didnt do cool down in favor of another workout). I'm 5'5", 140 lbs, and not super fit. Definitely recommend- it didn't seem like it was almost an hour.

Would be great if you could compile a few 1 hour intense sessions in a playlist. Just some really tough cardio and strength sessions. Now I have some worries on running freely as before, in the mean time your works out keep my muscles toned and heart rate up and release my stress.Your style is perfect.No unnecessary distracting talks, teachings at the right moment and effective way.If a workout session is shorter that does not necessarily mean that it is easier..Long and harder HIITSare my preffered ones I should admit, as well a bit longer killer tabatas :-). First time doing this one since she uploaded it today. Monday’s are my strength training usually do two sessions w her upper and then the brutal leg workout. This one started a little “easy” almost stopped it. Well lots of different moves I did feel my arms get a workout I added some moves from her other video for legs. Overall my HR 163 burned almost 300. You did it again heather you got me. Thank you 🤪🥳I’m completely sweaty and I love the 45 plus NO REPEATS it goes by fast.
This is a good all-over body workout. A combination of endurance with intervals of cardio. Less "intense" than some of Heather's other workouts but still an all-around good workout.

Like the 20 second rest periods. Helps me really do the exercises with higher intensity, because I can recover better. Also, workouts of 50-60 minutes really are great if you are not pressed for time, e.g. retired like me and want something challenging. This one helped me crush my activity goal easily.

Amazing! Hiit, strength, some cardio bursts, enough rest in between to keep going but not let HR get too low and NO REPEATS! I may do this one weekly!

Figure you can always add resistance if you can. I add dumbbell or bands to a lot of the things I see on RUclips. Good luck

I loved this workout!!! Didn't feel like 50 minutes at all. The switching between intensive moves and more 'easy' moves like ab exercises makes it easier to finish a longer workout such as this one. Thank you!!

Like the 20 second rest periods. Helps me really do the exercises with higher intensity, because I can recover better. Also, workouts of 50-60 minutes really are great if you are not pressed for time, e.g. retired like me and want something challenging. This one helped me crush my activity goal easily.
My schedule didn’t allow for me to do the whole workout but I loved the first 30 minutes and I am definitely coming back to this another day!

Love the workout with no repeats. The mash-up is great!! I would like to request a mash-up for low impact and maybe something that improvises for the bad wrist! I have been doing the workouts daily and sharing with friends!
