  • Today's full body HIIT is going to be fierce!! No repeats and no equipment in today's home workout. We will only be performing each body weight exercise one time so this 20 minute HIIT workout is going to fly by - which is great for people who need a quick sweat sesh or for those that get bored easily!     I wake up every morning Monday to Friday at 5:30 am to do your workouts! The 30 mins videos are perfect for the morning time. I have been doing this for well over a year now. These workouts have been a positive routine that I have kept throughout this pandemic. Thanks to you I feel strong in more ways than one! Thank you, you are incredible at what you do!

      Same! Have to get it in before work in the morning or I will NOT do it after work. I've been using her workouts for almost 2 years but I've been on this morning w/o routine at home for over 6 years and I'm 52! Cheers to life and movement. :-) Never taking it for granted.

    This is GOLD STANDARD for anybody looking for the perfect balance of challenge and viability. 40 on, 20 off works so well with the kind of exercises that are included in this session. 2 years in and still my favourite session.     I LOVE Heather's 'no repeat' workouts. They take the misery, and sometimes boredom out of other workouts by other instructors. And her cute little kitty makes me smile every time it enters the shot. Mine just stay the hell away! Must be all the grunting. Thank you Heather. You are so incredibly talented at what you do.

      @@Heatherrobertsoncom Hi, I'm not strong enough to do push ups, what shall I do when the exercise includes push ups? Can you add low impact versions when there are this sort of exercises ?

      @@nuran7822 I am certainly no Heather, but I have some suggestions (feel free to ignore!). I am not strong enough to do push-ups either, so when she does push ups I do one of 3 options- wall push ups (stand a few feet back from the wall, then lean forward so your body is at an angle and push up on the wall. The further back you stand from the wall, the harder these are), knee push ups (you can see at 12:33 she drops to her knees for the last few tricep push ups), or sometimes I just plank for the whole 40 seconds (I usually start in a full plank but sometimes have to drop to my knees for the last few seconds). She also has a whole video with low impact options and modifications on her channel if you search it! Hope this helps :)

    For those of you wondering, this is absolutely INTENSE. I just recently started working out. I do full body HIIT every Thursday. I do 2 videos for a total of 50 minutes. This one absolutely gets my blood pumping and the sweat pouring. I mean it seriously looks like my face is crying from everywhere.
    I hate her less and less every time I do her HIIT workout. I had to kinda change things up a little when I started and take 5-10 second tests halfway through. After 3 weeks of doing this video I can almost do it exactly as she does. 💪🏻 thank you so much for posting your workouts!

      I felt exactly the same! Heather’s form is truly amazing. I am well past 250 workouts, week after week and I still don’t have her stamina. This workout was amazing. I am still sweating 😥 10 min after the cooldown 🔥😂

    I've been doingyour work outs 4 times a week since the pandemic started. This is perfect for those days when I'm not feeling the weights. I'll be 41. I'm not trying to get back to my 20 year d body, but when the hubs and my girls see that my body is getting more defined, it makes all this worth it. Thanks for everything you do! ♥️💪🏼

    So during quartentine started I was working out a lot from home feeling like I wasn't losing enough weight quick enough. I figured to switch up my workouts a bit more and started doing your workouts and oh my gosh I was getting more and more results. My fiance pointed out the other day my face is starting to look thinner and today he said again I look great. Thank you! To anyone thinking of working out and using these videos the answer is yes!     Hi Heather, I've been tracking my workouts for a few months and today is the 100th day. This is my favorite workout on RUclips and I did it today. I finished this workout many times before but it's always hard, but much easier than my first time. Love you. ❤💪

    I loved this! Just did it this morning. Wow!! Sweating! And really liked the 40s to 20s rest, this way I could really power through and focus on each exercise.

    OMG, I have missed Heather!! After finishing the 12 week challenge I tried someone else’s challenge, and although the workouts were ok, she was WAY too spastic for me and never shut her mouth through the entire workout! Heather’s workouts are much better and she doesn’t talk through them. I’m back on Team Heather!!!

    Me personally, I hate hiit workouts. I always seem to be out of breath easily and have no energy until I found your channel! I now live doing hiit workouts and I love how you have a warm up and cool down!!! Another bonus is that after a high intensity round you go with something a little lighter so I can catch my breath. 👏❤️

    I did this workout once 1 week. I incorporated it with my weekly plan. Doing this alone burned almost 130-140 calories. Loving your workout and trying almost everything 💪💪💪

    My friend skipped our gym day today, and it also ended up with me skipping. I felt really guilty for not going to the gym and wanted to do some workout. I have many options on yt but some of them are boring or not really pleasing me well. BUT this video i LOVE it!!! no reps just one straight go, the tempo was so nice, some few where a bit heavy for me, but i did it in my tempo so it worked out just perfectly. And a HUGE plus that you dont speak in the workouts!!! it makes time go faster and also let me enjoy the music!

    If you are looking for a less intense HIIT this is the perfect one. Love the no repeat no equipment. HR didn't go up too high, total active cal around 160. Perfect one for a sore body day :)

    I’ve been doing your workouts for years and always feel great afterwards. I particularly enjoyed this one because just when my arms were about to give up after those push-ups you switched to the mat to do abs or squats. Wonderful variety ❤ thanks for all that you do!

    What a great workout! Easy to follow moves but still challenging. I recommend that you do a 1 to 2 seconds countdown before the end of each move, it helps to lessen the pain the the end of that 40 seconds haha and give you room to finish the move

    Heather, when I perform plank-based exercises my wrist hurts from an old injury. I've been working out with you every other day, for almost a year now and your workouts are the most well structured and effective I could find on yt and I never get bored following along. I do have to skip the planks though 😁 Could you please create a no repeat cardio workout that doesn't involve plank exercises, for people like me whose wrist might hurt? Ty, lots of love ❤❤❤

    After 2 km swimming I was not planned to have a workout today. BUT my phone noticed there is a new video from Heather (no repeat is my favourite) and I changed my mind. It was great again.     Always love seeing your kitty make a cameo appearance - one of my cats has to come "help" me with my workouts every evening by adding an obstacle I need to jump and lunge around, lol!

    Who knew a "wall-sit" could be so brutal! I found it harder to hold that move than all the other kick ass moves. Loved the extended pigeon poses at the end.

    Loved this one. Have been in a rut with my workouts, i skipped 3 days. 😅. This is exactly what i needed to get back on it. Went through it swiftly, engaged all the time. Thank you Heather.

    Heather, I am such a big fan. Been working out with you religiously for 1 year now. I tell EVERYONE about you! I have a request! Can you please do a couple more morning workouts - the invigorating, get-your-body-going flowy-type shorter ones? I'm now working from home, as so many of us are, and have been doing several of your workouts throughout the day, to take breaks from being seated. When and if you are inclined....would be so grateful! Warm wishes!!

    Lovvvvved this one! I really like these when you do no repeats. It keeps the flow going and my excitement (and my adhd haha) to say “ahh this is so fun, whats next?!” Thank you! And as always, love the music!
