Love the workouts! I have limitations due to bilateral knee replacements and often get in my mind that your workouts are too “hard” for me. But every time this 63 year gramma does one, I’m am inspired, enthused and convinced I need to lose that negative mindset. Of course I modify and often search for low impact (not always) but I get a heart pumping sweat-sesh!!! Many of the other videos for “older” women are just not challenging enough! Thank you.

Hands down my favorite work outs of yours are the barre and pilates fusions! I love the focus on lengthening and stretching the muscles while also strengthening. They compliment my dance training wonderfully. I would love to see these workouts going longer, in the 50-60 min range. I also love no repeats workouts! Thanks for getting me sweaty!

Just finished this and loved it! It was nice and low impact but still made me sweat and out of breath. I make similar videos but sometimes it’s nice to join along with someone else’s workouts ☺️

Thank you- this was wonderful for those of us who don't do Yoga (for religious reasons) I've been lifting for over 10 years and now that I'm 50 decided to vary my workouts, this fit perfectly, I could do everything with good form but still be challenged. My body is loving it!

Heather!!! I LOVE this. Please do more Pilates videos and more low impact videos. I’ve recently had to change my workout routine and can’t do any high impact, so Pilates and intense low impact have been my friends, but I can’t find many options that I like. You never disappoint.

Loved this. Do not underestimate the difficulty of this workout - it is very challenging and I had the shakes by the end of it. If you haven't ever practiced Pilates, I'd strongly recommend taking the time to watch this video prior to doing it. Pay particular attention to Heather's shoulders, trunk and hips during the exercises. You don't want 'sagging' in these areas....they need to stay lifted, strong, supported. Great fusion workout.
I really appreciated this workout. Of course, with a toddler and 2 dogs climbing all over me, it was all the more challenging. Certainly had the heart racing!
Day 12 straight with you Heather! This one was easy on the body but still felt the burn! Love to switch it up from the HIIT with these lengthening exercises! Thank you!!
