    I managed to do the exercise session, 47-year-old woman, menopausal, obese...I extended the breaks by a total of 6 minutes, but I still finished everything. I feel fantastic!

    Hello, I'm 33 yrs old, from Thailand. I have never exercise and since birth I have never been skinny. I started exercising from your video for 8 days.
    I started with chest 48inch and waist 46inch. Currently, I has already lost 1.5 inch for my chest and my waist already lost 1 inch . It's only 1 inch, but it gives me the encouragement to keep going. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

      Me too! I hate when trainers say "ooh it's getting hard now or ok it's getting painful now!" It's like, don't remind me! And then I want to quit because I remember that it burns it hurts lol

    I have been sedentary for years but this particular workout has made me begin moving again. The thing that sets this video apart is the warmup: it has so many of my favorite movements!! It feels like my body has been asleep and now I’m waking it up again. Thank you, Heather! You truly are helping people like me get their life back into gear. You’re a miracle.

    Heather is amazing. I used to try different peoples workouts but she has surpassed my expectations on all levels. Best workouts ever. Challenging and never boring. I also love that she doesn’t have to talk during the workout. She’s also extremely easy on the eyes. Some instructors are in full makeup which I just can’t take seriously. Thanks heather for being the best!

    My favourite workout! I have been doing it 2 times a week for the past 2 or 3 months (I usually workout 4 times a week so I pick something else from your playlists on those days or I go climbing) and I see definition in places I never thought I would! I would be happy to see more routines like this one-silent, low impact yet definitely challenging.

    I use to be a dedicated runner and got up to workout most every morning by 4:45am. Now I have Mortons Neuroma in both feet. It's very painful. It's been about 4 years since I've been in that kind of shape. Had a baby in there too. Needless to say, working out doesn't come easy to me anymore. Heather's Low Impact workouts have given me hope. These workouts are exactly what I needed to jumpstart my body to hopefully get back to where I use to be! THANK YOU!

    I just wanna say Thank you. There are a lot of workouts out there and I’ve tried them all. I’ve had 2 ACL surgeries, multiple sprained ankles (some severe), part of my meniscus in both knees have been removed and this is the first time I was able to do a workout without struggling from my past injuries. I recently developed peroneal fasciitis and this is the best low impact workout I’ve ever done. My fiancé even got me a workout plan but I couldn’t do it. Thank you so much for this

    I've been working out for two months straight with Heather Robertson's workout routine.
    I must say I feel more active and I definitely feel more agility in my body.
    Her workout sessions are quite intense yet effective and adaptable at the same time. Easy to do at home or gym. Great job!

    Love this workout! Low impact doesn’t mean no calorie burn-33 minutes, watch says 250 calories burned! I’ll take it. Do more Heather!

    Of all the workouts ive tried.... i think im gonna stick to Heathers... idk what about her that keeps me glued... AND IM LOOKING FORWARD TO IT EVERY NIGHT. my schedules been awry cause im 8 weeks postpartum. And i think Heather is just wonderful. Something about her workouts keeps me pushing myseld to continue.

    Was passionately doing the classes with jumping. Great for awhile then ouch, foot tendonitis strikes!! So I searched for non jumping classes and tried a few. Along with the dumb bells, her exercises are just right for me. I prefer her classes. As another user said, she didn't gab at all. A few just try to motivate with cheer leading and it gets old. I like this class and glad i found it. Hope my foot appreciates it too without the jumping jacks etc.

      @@farah8406 yes, 1900 to 2000 cal a day, no more sugar drinks or alcohol, and do this every day except 2 days a week for rest

    Ok, so I haven't been feeling well and couldn't do any workouts for a month - I just did this one today and it feels great, slow, and controlled - the intensity was perfect and I feel the burn everywhere. The pace and intensity were exactly what I needed to re-introduce workouts back into my daily routine. I can always rely on your workouts no matter what. THANK YOU for GREAT CONTENT!!!

    I'm doing the 6 week low impact workout challenge and this was hard after yesterday's leg day--maybe because I increased the weights yesterday. I made note that if next time around (because I do intend to do another round) if my butt is aching, I will switch out for maybe an abs and/or arms workout to give my butt and thighs a rest day. But, definitely a great workout.

    Okay, so here is my honest feedback after completing the workout. I love Heather's workouts, been doing them for a while and it's absolutely working, I love the warm up and cool down incorporated, love the frame with the time and sound alerts, love the music, all of it! I am personally not a fan of HIIT workout combined with weights, I find it that when the exercises are done quickly and in a time frame with elevated heart rate I am compromising the form, possibly also because it's the first time so I am not familiar with the movements, but I personally prefer to do lifting with maximum awareness to a correct form and mind-muscle connection and not to be distracted or in a hurry to squeeze high reps in short amount of time.

    I’m nervous but I’m going to do it right after I ride my stationary bike...I have got a lot of issues joint scar tissue...But this is The only workout I’ve seen on RUclips that I believe can take me to the fitness level i used to be at...Without doing damage to my body...I Thank God for you Heather

    Love it! As I get older my knees get madder at me with anything jump related. This exercise gives you the burn and good sweats without jumping or jarring your joints. Love it Heather! You inspire me to be trainer!!

    This was perfect, I've pulled a muscle in my lumber region so can't do jumping around at the moment but wanted some cardio. The weights make the exercises more intense - I used kettlebells instead (weights from 6kg (13 Ibs) to 12Kg (26 Ibs) dependent on the moves) and it was straightforward to modify in this way. Thanks Heather. If you have kettlebell routines too - count me in!

    Thank you for creating these workouts! I am a mom of a toddler and I have a herniated disc so I can't workout like I used to. These low impact workouts are perfect length for me to get in while he naps and isn't so hard on my back and hip like HIIT usually is!! Thank you and keep it up!

    I would like to thank you! I tried this workout last night and burned 281 calories. That’s pretty good for a 33 min workout! I’ve tried pure barre (which I absolutely love) and this workout had very similar exercises. Thank you again!!!

      I’m coming to the realization of this as well. Out of all of the RUclips workouts I’ve tried (a ton), her’s seem the most effective and I actually feel like I’m building muscle. When I can’t make it to my CrossFit classes her workouts are great substitute because they similar to the CrossFit classes.

      I'm glad you're saying this. I was actually going to try a ton, but I have found her and I thought "Why looking for more?". I was having a hard time finding good low impact hiit workouts, and not only she has done a lot, but she has also done a video explained how to transform from High to Low. Super cool!

    Thank you so very much for these. I absolutely love them. I have glute and minor hip issues, but have been active my whole life, so being able to still feel strong and have a work out without hurting my body is amazing!     I found you about 5-6 weeks ago and started with your 15 minute HIIT. I barely made it through. But I’ve done this 30 minute low-impact twice now. I modify as needed for my knee and ankle and I don’t do as many reps (yet) but I’m concentrating on form. Thank you for providing some excellent workouts.

      Me too. i live on the 3rd floor so it's good to get a high intensity workout at 4am without disturbing my neighbors. lol Also, I have RA and that helps keep the inflammation down. Mrs Robertson is Heaven sent. Best to you!

    👋 I'm new to this channel and I am loving the challenge. I have been on this particular video for 2 days and have not been able to complete the final set. Day one I got to 26 mins and today only 20 mins. But I'm up for a new challenge and I am challenging myself daily or every other day😁 until i am able to complete it at least 3 times in a week before I move on to the HIIT and more vigorous workouts. Thank you for your videos. I love the music throughout, warm ups and cool down. I can't wait to workout to the others. Blessings

    Great low impact workout! I usually do Heather’s no repeat HIIT workouts but have a slight injury so I tried this. It got my heart beat up, got pretty sweaty and my muscles will be sore tomorrow, yay! Just what I needed! Thank you Heather!

    all. time. favorite. Perfect for those of aging and wanting functional movements but don't be fooled by what seems easy at the beginning. You will be a steady but sweaty mess at the end. Heather, do you have a playlist with similar workouts to this one?

    Congrats Heather. I love these workouts. There is something unique about this channel. I love how your audience does not target only females, that you have actual full and long workouts, and the background music. The only thing that would be nice to see is an estimate of the calories burned in the workouts. But thank you for all that you do. Keep it up. God bless

    My first workout with Heather, and I can honestly say I enjoyed the workout. It was challenging, but didn’t kill me (doing this at 49 is not the same as when I was 25 haha!). I loved the low impact, but adding the weights makes it fun and gets the heart pumping. I also love that it’s more exercises, and less repeats. Thank you for a great workout! Will def be back for more! 😁👍❤️

    Amazing workout! She has a perfect body, her playlist is great and the “no talking” during the workout is really good, because we can really focus on what we are doing! Just perfect

    A big thumbs up from us 4 girls in Oxford. Like everyone, we are confined to home and I cant go to the leisure centre as usual. I've done this video 4 days in a row, followed by HR's abs tabata, and think the leisure centre may be a thing of the past, even when the lockdown is over.
