I was so intimidated by your one hour mash ups but after 4 months of slowly building up strength and 25 lbs lost I finally challenged myself today and did this one. It felt great to make it to the end!
that was the hardest workout I’ve ever done! had to modify a couple of the final exercises but I didn’t give up! almost 500 cal burn (I did gentle jogging in the rest periods). loved it! thank you 😊

You saved my life during Covid and even we are doing better with Covid and still love to do your workouts. I have been doing your workouts for the last year. They are super convenient and love the structure of your programs with the warm up at the beginning and cool down at the end. Also like the time that you provide to transition between one movement and the next. And of course the series of workouts that you provide. I finished the 12 week-program which I really enjoyed. I would love to have more 1 hour workouts being that the health department increased the number of minutes per week that one needs to do intensive workouts. Absolutely loved the mash up, what wonderful varieties focussing on different parts of the body. Now sweating from head to toe. I definitely need to improve on form for some exercises. I will get there, I know with time and persistent practice. Just grateful at 57 plus that I have the stamina to get through an hours exercise and feeling so good, tired but every minute of effort feels so worth the time spent. Just what I was looking for today! A mix of cardio with weights and longer than 30 minutes. I think what's absolutley mind-blowing about this is how it's a mix of various workouts but they run super smoothly from one move to the next. Loved that it was no repeat. Def one to return to when you want a more intense workout. 470 calories burned!

What amazing workouts! They do everything right between the warm-up and warm down and a few second sshowing you what the next exercises, and even the music is good. I’m going see if I can donate. My feeling is give up cost of some Starbucks coffee as a small way to say thanks
