    I've been training for two years now, I started because I didn't want depression to take away my life and my health. I was so weak in the beginning, but I slowly progressed and now I got so fit that I was able to finish this whole session without any extra breaks and still feeling like I could pump! Just want to thank you Heather for this amazing workout and your inspiration. If I, who wasn't even able to do one push up, can do this, so can anyone else! All the love :)

      Agreed. I had finally gotten so sick of myself, I decided to start kicking butt again. Its amazing how easy it is to descend to that state. But more importantly that its just as easy to get yourself out. WITHOUT prescription drugs. The human body & soul are natures best medicines.

    This is the first time I'm ever leaving RUclips comment because I really need to say that. Thankfully to Heather and her workouts, I can now deal with any type of stress by coming to the mat and starting one of the videos. That helps me a lot to recharge and come back to the thoughts that I am strong enough and I have myself to deal with anything in this world.

    First of all as a cat lover, I love the black cat helping out! Seriously, I did not feel great yesterday but Heather helped me through this with the range of exercises and music. Thanks for helping positivity through Lockdown!

    I was so intimidated by your one hour mash ups but after 4 months of slowly building up strength and 25 lbs lost I finally challenged myself today and did this one. It felt great to make it to the end!

    that was the hardest workout I’ve ever done! had to modify a couple of the final exercises but I didn’t give up! almost 500 cal burn (I did gentle jogging in the rest periods). loved it! thank you 😊

    Heather I deeply thank you I have never done an hour workout and I was really scared to give it a try because mentally and physically I have been going through challenging times and being able to do this workout and the fact it is a No repeat I just want to say it was just what I needed to release tension and prove myself how far I have become in my physical endurance.     HOLY CRAP!!!! I'VE DONE 1 HOUR WORKOUTS....CRUSHED THEM...BUT THIS!!!! I'M DETERMINED TO DO THIS ONCE A WEEK UNTIL I CAN GET THROUGH IT ALL THE WAY WITHOUT FEELING DRAINED!! TODAY WAS THE FIRST TIME FOR ME...I WAS OKAY FOR THE FIRST 40 MINUTES AND THEN...I BLEW A TIRE!!! I'M COMMITED TO MYSELF AND I MUST GROW STRONGER EACH WEEK. THIS IS NOW MY GOAL VIDEO!!!     You saved my life during Covid and even we are doing better with Covid and still love to do your workouts. I have been doing your workouts for the last year. They are super convenient and love the structure of your programs with the warm up at the beginning and cool down at the end. Also like the time that you provide to transition between one movement and the next. And of course the series of workouts that you provide. I finished the 12 week-program which I really enjoyed.
    I would love to have more 1 hour workouts being that the health department increased the number of minutes per week that one needs to do intensive workouts.
    I want to take this opportunity to thank you for providing such an amazing source of inspiration and perspiration (better said, sweat).
    I am sure I will continue to use your training program and whatever new programs you are able to provide.

    Absolutely loved the mash up, what wonderful varieties focussing on different parts of the body. Now sweating from head to toe. I definitely need to improve on form for some exercises. I will get there, I know with time and persistent practice. Just grateful at 57 plus that I have the stamina to get through an hours exercise and feeling so good, tired but every minute of effort feels so worth the time spent.     Just what I was looking for today! A mix of cardio with weights and longer than 30 minutes. I think what's absolutley mind-blowing about this is how it's a mix of various workouts but they run super smoothly from one move to the next. Loved that it was no repeat. Def one to return to when you want a more intense workout. 470 calories burned!

    Thank you for this well-packed workout. It sure did worked every muscle in my body. I skipped my swimming practice today, but this one made me feel the burn. I added a heavy resistance band to push myself further.

    Looks like a great workout, will do today! Just wanted to thank you because your workouts have been a big factor in my sister’s and I’s weight loss journey. I’ve tried other people’s workouts but yours is the only one I seem to really like, so continue to do what you are doing because it is very much appreciated!

    What amazing workouts! They do everything right between the warm-up and warm down and a few second sshowing you what the next exercises, and even the music is good. I’m going see if I can donate. My feeling is give up cost of some Starbucks coffee as a small way to say thanks
