19 weeks pregnant here and this is going to be one of new favorites! I have lighter weights, have to make more modifications, and take more breaks but this one pushes me while still keeping me in my safe zone. Please make more workouts like this!! They keep me healthier and happy 😂💗💗

Awesome workout! I wish I had found your workouts years (decades!) ago. They likely would have eliminated many of the aches and pains I’m having now in my 50s. The era of 60-min, high impact, pound-your-joints-til they-cry workouts was not kind on our bodies. Thanks for all you do to keep us healthy and in shape.
This was a great workout. Had an injection in my hip this morning, doc said ok to workout as normal but don't be aggressive, this was just what the doctor ordered! Worked up a sweat and I feel great.
Because of knee pain, I can only work on the "low impact" now. Definitely love it! Heather, please show more like this. This is my daily go-to workout🙂

Loved it-- great workout, as usual. One tiny thing I would just LOVE to see in your videos if at all possible, is a subtitle under each exercise name title indicating the weight you are using, either the actual number or just "lower," "mid," or "higher," if you want to avoid naming the actual weight. Before starting a video, I always check your notes below to see which weights you are using, but sometimes can't tell just by looking at the vid which weight you are using for a certain exercise and have to guess whether I should go high or low. But many thanks for all the work you put in to these fabulous workouts-- this is my favorite workout channel by far.

I have ruptured my right knee’s cruciate ligaments 4 weeks ago. So now I have a personal coach and I am recovering amazingly fast! I even might not to have to do the op thanks to my thighs muscles according to him. Seeing this video I think I can do even do this workout by just adapting it a bit. Thanks Heather !! 😁😁

Great workout! The only thing is I would love to see you do floor at the end. The getting up and down hard because I have to grab a towel in between. Love the no repeats!

These are my favorite. The low impact is easy on my hip dysplasia and DDD in my lower back. Would love to see more of these. For the physically impaired individuals who enjoy working out but need something easy on their body. Thank you Heather!

This is by far the best workout for me. I'm super picky, need full body with weights over 30 mins, no jumps and no repeat. LOVE it!
Love it. I am 70 and not everything can do perfectly but feel proud that still can do it.

A work meeting got cancelled so I used the hour to do this workout. Harder than it sounds and well worth the time! Easy on the joints, yay!
