When I see 40-something minutes it's like a mental barrier goes up and I already feel tired, but when I see 30 minutes or so I feel excited and like I have the energy for it and I'm not intimidated haha
You took the words out of my mouth!! I’m exactly the same. If it’s over 30 my brain says nahhhh, too long, you don’t have time, you’ll burn out. But just under 30 I’ll crush the whole thing and feel great! Also loved the variety and pacing in this. I feel strong and accomplished!! 😅
Totally agree! 40 minutes is just long enough that I probably can’t do it before leaving for work. 30 minutes of intense, no repeat work is my sweet spot!

After a spine surgery and more than 3 months of physio, I am back with no impact workout and this the first one I chose. Thank you Heather to give me so many no impact workout, it will help me to get back on track.

The workout today was 🔥 🔥🔥🔥!!! Loved it!!! I did HEAVY weight and even pushed past what I have ever done before! Im a teacher so now that school is starting up again, these workouts that are full body and in shorter time but much accomplished in that short time are sooo needed with less time in the day!!! As always when I search for something specific, Heather's channel gives it. As I desired, I got my 30 mins Strength workout using 3 pounds and 5 pounds Dumbbells from the comfort of my home. I feel the honesty in showing up to my workout mat and completing the entire workout including warm up and cool down. Thank you Heather.
I absolutely love this workout. I work full-time and nights, so it’s great to get in a full body workout in a short period of time. Would love to see more.
Absolutely love the short workouts! Finally increased my weight and now I really feel like the short workout still does the job! I have also gone back to 45 minute workouts pushing my endurance with longer workouts and heavier weights. This helps me alternate workout and rest days when I know my weeks are busy!

I also love the shorter 30 min workouts because I can also do maybe a 10-15 min walk to cool down. That puts me at about 45 min workout. That leaves me 15ish minutes to ease into my day instead of rushing into my day. This gives me a nice 1 hour to myself to start off on a good note. Thanks, Heather! ❤🎉

Love this, Heather! I am always looking for videos of yours that are 30 minutes long. So this was perfect! I only wish I had heavier weights at home. Heaviest dumbbells I have are 8 pounds each. I feel like I could’ve used even happier on this one!

My limit is 45 minutes. I’m not a fan of an hour exercise( when I do an hour exercise I always do it outdoors ) This was the best so I can go fast walking with my friend outside just freaking hot to go further. As always, thank you Heather.

In 40min considers 10 warm up and cool down so basically 30 min exercise 😊
