    This was just enough 👌🏻🥵 perfect length & perfect amount. Modified the double lunge & switch to something I could do & modified the heel clicks but otherwise I stuck to them all 🎊

    Hi Heather, since I don't have FB nor IG accounts I'll ask you here. I am 46 yo and I have been like two years without doing exercise regularly. One year ago my beloved husband died in my arms at 42 yo and I am so lost. I NEED to get on track with physical training and I always have adored your training. Please could you tell me where to find indications on your site to get back to training with milder routines? I would love to go back with monthly trainings but 30/40 mins a day is too hard for me rn. Please know that you have helped me a lot back in 2020 and I appreciate your work very much.     Hey Heather, how about a traditional strength mini series? Something that hits all the basics w/3 sets that we can repeat as desired. I'm looking for more strength centered workouts these days where I can increase weights. 😃

    I have a question…..are your workouts you upload everyday meant to be done in order? Or you just upload them randomly and people can pick & choose? I like having a workout plan to follow (just completed your challenge…loved it). By the end of the week, doing your workouts in order of what you upload, will all our muscle groups be hit? Thanks.       Totally recommend following HR calendar. I’ve never looked back since I started. No decisions to make each day on which workout to do and most importantly for me… no cherry picking workouts 😉❤

    I just adore these no repeat total body with or without equipment workouts. I know it takes a lot of extra choreography, but if possible more more and even longer duration. But love whatever you send thank you for all you do.
