One year ago my beloved husband died in my arms at 42 yo and I am so lost. I NEED to get on track with physical training and I always have adored your training. Please could you tell me where to find indications on your site to get back to training with milder routines? I would love to go back with monthly trainings but 30/40 mins a day is too hard for me rn. Please know that you have helped me a lot back in 2020 and I appreciate your work very much.
