Hi I am beginner. I just want to ask will it be enough to lose belly and thighs weight if I do this 30 min exercise daily in morning.And please could you recommend me some vegetarian foods that I can eat everyday 😊
Unfortunately it's impossible to target lose weight, it's your body that decides where and how much to lose. Doing exercise is good, but losing weight is more about caloric deficite, you can't outexercise a bad diet. And I am speaking from exerience, I lost 20 kg and kept them off.
