- Today I’m running you through a full body low impact workout with weights. This HIIT workout combines strength and cardio exercises that are performed with no jumping movements which makes it a great apartment friendly workout. Grab your dumbbells and get ready for a serious sweat sesh!

I love this woman !!!!! I can’t believe how much my body is transforming, omg do this a least 3 times a week, concentrate in breathing and control the moves, eat well and you will see the results, I’m in love with her workouts !!!!!

This one is the best I've seen. I always buy workout DVDs and get upset because I can't keep up and I end up just sore and tired, this is so my speed
Dead. Died. Deceased. Never been so happy for ads to come up in my life 😭 but I completed the whole thing and feel amazing! I lost 30 lbs with the first 12 week program and unfortunately gained it all back, but with your workouts, I know I can be back down to my goal weight in no time!

Heather. I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me get in the shape of my life. I have always worked out but knowing that I didn’t have to spend hours doing cardio or using massive weights to get “ripped” was a breath of fresh air. My body has completely transformed to toned - something I have been working towards for a while. Not only that these workouts have helped relieve my daily struggles with anxiety and OCD. Loved the variety of this workout. Low impact is easier on my knees but you can't always find a low impact workout that gets your heart rate up. This one definitely did!

Heather! This is one of my favs. I LOVE when the videos incorporate weights yet still incorporate sections to keep your heart rate up. I tried to do the weightless exercises as fast as I could to really get my heart going. thank you!

Wow, this was an amazing routine for me on this Sunday morning .. have some real troubles with my back, so I wanted to do something low impact with no jumping. I also lowered the weights and now I feel amazing ... I don't feel any pain and I am so rejuvenated. Outstanding! I'm older and had to adapt some of the routine because I was monitoring my heartrate, but my muscles are tired and I am sweating! The low impact was truly LOW IMPACT. The exercises worked my muscles without making unrelated muscles hurt. I was also able to see how Heather held her body over her knees in the squats/lunges, and even most of those did not aggravate old basketball/volleyball-player injuries. Yay! Thanks for this!
Thank you Heather for all your videos especially this one because the timing of this release goes well where I'm at in my healing with my fractured ankle (able to apply pressure and stand on it). I didn't need to modify any of the exercises!

I just want to thank you for all these HILIT workouts. After injuring myself I was really discouraged about getting back on track with my fitness journey but these workouts are so easy on my joints. I'm continuing to loose weight and build up my endurance without much risk. I still work up a great sweat and my form is much better now. Even my physiotherapist approves of your workouts!

This workout has the perfect rhythm - 30s work, 10s rest. I was sweating from the first round, but the short periods and the changing moves kept me going until the swimming-in-sweat-cooldown. Thanks a million for this workout Heather, you are a gift to this world!! 💪🌹❣️

Low impact never means low intensity! My body doesn't take a lot of jumping anymore. It's the energy that you put into doing the move that can increase the intensity. Definitely a sweat sesh! Also loved the nice stretch at the end. Love all your workouts! Thanks so much!💓💓💓
