  • No jumping in today's LOW IMPACT HIIT workout but that doesn't mean low intensity!! We are bring the heat with this low impact workout and adding dumbbells for resistance.     I’ve said this before, but THANK YOU for so many low-impact HIIT workouts. You’re one of the only trainers who consistently posts these kinds of options. My knees and my downstairs neighbors are very grateful.

    I don't understand who would thumbs down this. It was the perfect workout. Low impact does not mean easy but I loved it anyway. 02.01.21

    Perfect Monday morning. I kind of like the idea of starting off the week low impact and picking it up as the week goes on. More and more intense. Appreciate all that you do and provide for us.

    Just want to tell you how grateful I am for putting these videos together. You have truly made moving from the gym to in-home the most awesome experience. Counting macros and doing your workouts have me in such great shape. I love how every workout is different. You've convinced me that less is more and I was the fanatic who spent 3 hours at the gym and noticed minimal changes. I hope you know you are changing lives in the best way!!     Loved it!!! I like to workout without the instructor talking, your are the best!! The demonstration and timers are a great idea. that way I don't have to be watching and can focus on form etc. Thank you!!

    I love the low impact, high intensity workout. Also, I enjoy that your vids are clearly labelled so you know what to expect. There's nothing worse (when you're already struggling to motivate) than starting a vid only to realize you need all this weird equipment. So annoying! I appreciate your music and I'd love to hear more funky, soul and R&B.
