So glad that I found your dumbbell workouts, other than the kickboxing cardios ~ Like the supersets especially the repeating movements, I'm starting to feel the soreness from my arm muscles after 1 Hour of strength training, and eventually without lifting weights for some time agoo.. 😅🤣 🙊 You're one of the best trainer, thank you Heather!! 🙏🏻👍🏻☺️
Heather! I was an obese teen and lost 50 pounds and since then my arms have had so much loose skin. Doing your workouts have made my arms look better than they ever have. Thank you so much! I feel like I finally know how to make my arms look like I want them too. You rock!

I tried adding planks to my workouts every week...planks arent meant necessarily for the arms but they really helped strengthen my arms. I looked up all kinds of alterations for planks and did those as well. I have done wall pushups and tricep dips that have also really helped.
@@ranjithakashyap2081 I feel like it was a combination of Heather's arm strength videos and these things that helped. I honestly still cant do full pushups, but I feel so much stronger. I highly recommend doing all types of plank alterations, at least, I think that really helped me.
Planning to start 4.0 in Feb after being ill and told to rest/take it easy by GP. Trying to select 3x workouts per week to keep me going so my body won't be in total shock at the start of February and shifting to 5 workouts a week 😂 Thanks Heather ❤️

For some reason when I do your arm workouts my heart rate is so much higher when I do other arm workouts! I love how your moves are effective yet simple. I can’t wait to see how much stronger I will be at the end of this month!

I don‘t know very much about physiology but I feel like your upper body workouts include exercises for arms back and shoulders but don’t focus so much on the chest.
