Tough one for our shoulders. I have to change weights often for upper body because repeated should dislocations have left me quite weak. But hey! I did it! Even finished 5 AMRAPs!
I never was a huge fan of upper body until I met you! It's now much easier and pleasant to workout arms and chest! Love love love this sesh, specially AMRAP!

I enjoy upper body strength too. I feel good and strong for several days after these workouts. I enjoyed this one because it pushes sligthly beyond my limits. AMRAPS were excellent.
Just finished this workout .. when I started the program I couldn't do even 1 rocket pushup and today I managed to do 10 per round and I feel so amazing. Thanks to Heather and her wholesome workouts

Whew! Some new moves! One of my favorites. I've been teaching classes for 25 years, overuse knee issues, but with modifications going to do the 12 weeks.
Day 27 what can I say except that this is working! I feel so much stronger I'm having a blast trying new tricks like ring swinging and acroyoga poses w my kids... more cleaning ... more muscle and stamina = more life... what a gift thank you! So fun doing this w a friend and talking to her afterward about the workouts and what we thought. love it.
This is the best challenge yet. I have done ALL of them since you started, and this one has made my body change so much for the better. Thank you Heather!
